Manager Communication:
Jenn and Gus were aces in getting everything ready for an absolutely massive night. Everything was sold out everywhere all the time and it was great! . The place is buzzin' and it's only the beginning of the season - hold on to your butts! - IP

BAR Staff Observations:
The team pushed through an almost totally sold out Friday night, and Bryan and Tevon put in a ton of hard work for some really grueling shifts carrying from open to deep into the evening. Gab was awesome for the final sold out round of Gladiator by herself and Matthew and Patrick crushed the late rounds after Bryan got out of here. This was very busy but the team handled it really really well. I was impressed. - IP   
FOH Staff Observations:
Jose was on point tonight. He was on the lookout for anything to help streamline a very busy service, and I appreciate him. - IP

Prep List: 
Lots of new specials launching today!  To help with space in the walk in, I have placed all backup Rage is Your Gift in the middle compartment of the Bar Prep lowboy.  Hold onto empty bottles so that we can use them in service.  When we run through the Upwell batch, move onto Gulp Red for the infusion. JH

I made a single batch of Elphaba's elixir to get through the early round tomorrow, but more will have to be made for the rest of the day/night I'm sure. We will need to make more Green St. Germain and I don't know if we have more of the Aloe Liqeur in house, but we do not have enough that I could find to make more than just the single batch. - IP

The walk-in is well stocked for the early rounds - however we're down to the last Autumn G&T keg and will definitely need to make more Old Fashioned. - IP
 
Over/Short on Banks:
Trees Lounge was short $9 (?) - bartenders were unsure but suspect a beer was cashed out and unpaid for. - IP

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: 
Baldor arriving tomorrow morning.  Harney & Sons should be arriving Monday/Tuesday. JH

Maintenance: 
The soda gun at the service pass in Trees is only pouring syrup when you try to pour cranberry juice.  None of the other buttons or guns are affected, so make sure staff refrains from pouring cranberry from that gun until we can get it fixed. JH 

Lobby bar gate still giving us issues, so just leave it open for the time being. JH 

The floor next to the ice machine floor grate is still accumulating water. Significantly less than before we unclogged the floor drain, but still enough that I suspect the coffee machine or the ice machine may be leaking a bit out onto the floor around the pass. - IP

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
