Manager Communication: Gus popped in like a superhero with some St. Germain so we could batch more Elphaba's elixir.-LB
I updated the Glindade spec sheet in the bar prep binder. I printed two more to put in the bar but they have a different doc and I could not locate that doc in the drive. If someone can update that for the bars prep area. The Glindade is batched and ready to rock in the bubbler tomorrow.-LB
My queer cocktail is ready to go with multiple name options and COGS determined. Sent Gus an email about it. Can you tell I am excited about this movie about drugs and mezcal? -LB
I pulled all the strawberry sparkle syrups from both bars and put it in the walk-in. We should be good to go for furious service with this drink in the bubbler. -LB
I am going to restock front soda shelf when I am waiting for the building to empty. Moving these around reminded me that Lydia thought the current ginger ale syrup tasted weird, I confirm it has a weird taste. Ariel was gonna label it but unsure where we left it, as I am sure US Foods would swap us out another. -LB

BAR Staff Observations: As usual everyone is just helping each other out and being awesome. Darius pulled a long one today from also closing last night so I hit him with a token. Patrick asked if he could leave the frozens on cold and I am a softy, sometimes, so I said sure. -LB

FOH Staff Observations: Sabrina really helped run dishes through during the busy parts of tonight. And Raekwon is hilarious and on top of making his runs from the Tower. -LB

Prep List: Holy batch day Batman! AB2 took care of some batching before I got in. Jenn started some Tarragon gin but the sous vide wasn't complying and by the time I could try to trouble shoot, I would not be here 4 hours once it got to temp, so I left it for tomorrow's team. 
I batched Old Fashioned, Princes of Maine, Dead Man's Chest, Tornado Wrangler, Elphaba's Elixir, Bloody Mary, Strawberry Sparkle Syrup, and Glindade™. -LB
Negroni, Autumn G&T and Together is Better should be batched early on tomorrow. Also Simple Syrup once we get sugar. -LB

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
