Trying out keeping the Overproof rum on ice for the Under the Cherry Moon so it is less apt to separate for customers.-LB
Ian and I are swapping our shifts tomorrow so he doesn't have to clopen. I will be here at 9:30 am ready to rock.-LB

With regards to the customer comments in the comp report, the seltzer might taste fruity since the cranberry syrup is leaking on the soda gun in the pit. -LB

BAR Staff Observations: 
Opening team held it down today before I was in. -LB

Team was kicking butt all night. Gab, Patrick and Darius rocked several busy rounds in theaters 1/2 and Miguel and Lydia were awesome downstairs. Got Miguel outta here around 8:30p and Gab finished up around 10p. - IP

FOH Staff Observations:  
Everyone felt very cared for with the delicious comfort meal of soup and sandwiches! -LB

Caleb was very helpful with glass washing tonight, as per usual. Great job. - IP

Sick Leave/ Call outs: 
Jenn called out due to illness. -LB

Prep List: 
Having Matthew batch a ton of stuff so we are prepped for the evening rush and the expected high child count. Peach tea, Double Tornado Wrangler, Fire Walk, Lemonade, Cherry Limeade, Old-Fashioned, Princes of Maine. -LB

We're on our last keg of Negroni - will get at that tomorrow. - IP

I put the drain sticks in all of the drains in prep and Lobby bar. Will instruct the closing bar team at Trees to hit them when the sinks are empty tonight. -LB
The plate on the elevator in lobby is very loose, I noted it on the Maintenance doc.

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
