Manager Communication: So a couple came late to Venom and the guy insisted on buying tickets, I told them they could not get a refund. Carly was there to help them arrive, they came out saying someone was in their seat.. I think his partner was just annoyed so I gave them two passes to use another day-LB 
  
BAR Staff Observations:  I think we should add a Non-Alcoholic Mimosa to the next menu printing now that we have Lyre's. We could put it in a pilsner glass to avoid confusion and use most of the can. -LB

Bryan, Darius, Partrick and Jeshua were on top of it tonight. Bryan and Darius stuck around to help get us over the dinner rush hump and then we were sailing through the end of the evening. Jeshua and Patrick were both very fastidious to make sure openers are all set for tomorrow's early rounds. - IP

86ed / counts on items: Close to out of OJ, I ran to get more since it has been a heavy mimosa day.  Tangerine juice was tossed past date. -LB

We are 86 cans of tomato juice after this last batch of Bloody. - IP

Prep List:  Having Natasha batch Lemonade, fire walk, tornado wrangler, bounty law, princes of maine, cherry limeade, Old Fashioned.  Also need to batch a Negroni keg. -LB

I batched a negroni keg, an espresso martini, two more firewalks (we were flying through it!) and another big cambro of bloody mary mix - we should be fully stocked and ready to rock for the extra round tomorrow. - IP

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: 2 packages came from Amazon, they were addressed to Russell so I put them in the kitchen office. -LB 

Maintenance: From last night: Ian successfully troubleshot the dishwasher when it wasn't cleaning glassware too well. Bunch of lemon seeds up in there. -LB
I am ordering a bunch of tongs to hang on the quart containers at all server stations to avoid DOH violation.-LB

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. JH BAR Staff Observations:  Busy from the moment doors opened, with both bars navigating sold out theaters throughout the day.  Patrick was a big help with second round rushes and getting the first push of special event drinks out at Trees. Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
