Manager Communication: 
Ian and I stacked kegs. Gus and Ian are sous vide-ing the tarragon gin. Ian and I cleaned out some old stuff from walk-in freeing up some more cambros.-LB

BAR Staff Observations: 
Everyone was great tonight, with both bars fielding very busy second round showings.  Also, we brought down the plastic innards of the new frozen machine to the empty one in the lobby, filled it with Cherry Lime Slushie, and it ran without issue all night. JH

Staff Meeting Agenda notes: 
I left one batch of Rage is Your Gift steeping in the walk-in, which can be strained and tasted tomorrow.  All Tarragon Ford's was brought to the walk-in, too. JH 

Jeshua forgot to clock out, but I was able to get in touch with him before I left and I adjusted his time punch. JH

Prep List: 
Batched Princes of Maine, intimate party, american pie-LB

Pay Outs: 
$300 (Miscellaneous)
$50 (Event Talent)
No one mentioned the $300 pay out to myself or Nathaniel, but we figured it was probably pulled from the cashbox for a pre-open pay out based on how the Trees checkout report aligned with what was in the drawer at the end of the night. JH

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: 
Union, Finback, Skurnik, Frozen machines, Baldor, US  Foods. -LB

I put in an order for an herb stripper which should facilitate in tarragon gin production and any other herbaceous fun in the future. -LB

Maintenance: 
Ice machine drain at Trees was backed up upon opening. It has been unclogged. I will put some Green goblin down there when we get it.-LB

Vlad flagged that the 3rd floor bathroom door lever is unattached from the slow-closing device. I tried to take a look to fix it but it is beyond my scope of help.LB

The gate at Lobby Bar did not come down again this evening.  I spoke with openers who said that when they got in the gate was down and they had no issue getting it open, so I don't know what is going on with it at the moment. JH

Mobilebytes Issues: 
Both pos terminals at Trees froze at the same time tonight.  The one with cash just needed the app restarted, but the one on the far side needed the cardreader restarted.  There were no further issues. JH

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. JH BAR Staff Observations:  Busy from the moment doors opened, with both bars navigating sold out theaters throughout the day.  Patrick was a big help with second round rushes and getting the first push of special event drinks out at Trees. JH Patrick and Darius had a good rapport in lobby tonight, which was really great to see. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
