Manager Communication: I informed Russell that we need cereal replenishment and he is on it. -LB
Started a new side work doc so we can collectively make it more accurate and beneficial to all bar staff.-LB
As I heard a few bartenders worried about the cold winter air when these doors stay open, I mentioned it to Gil and they are aware, just trying to manage the landmark status compliance. -LB

BAR Staff Observations: Natasha was sick today. I marked it in 7shifts and she is going to input it into ADP
Jeshua was asking where the hose was for TL,  since he couldn't find it. Perhaps we need to make a hook for it or something?-LB

Jeshua found the key bar key in the soda stacks for lobby bar- GS

FOH Staff Observations: Alex is always such a delight. Pleasure to be around. -GS

US Wines and CW Distributing are coming tomorrow. Sarene will be arriving (finally) I gave them a little grief via email.- Gus

Monday opener- I'm going to start asking for a Singlecut status update because this is like 3 weeks in a row I've put the order in on a Tuesday and its come on a Friday. -Gus

Maintenance: I looked over the frozen machine, not great. I emailed about it
-Elevator, the floor is bubbling up. I think it needs to be pulled up and re-glued.
-I changed 2 of the three water filter stations. Didn't change the ones in the liquor room cause it was during service and there was a need for a ladder. 
-the coffee machine in lobby said the water was slow to refill and was flashing an odd warning, I'm assuming because I cut the water at one point (while changing the water filters.) I poured out a bunch of water and it was going fine, so I assume it will correct itself by morning. -GS

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. JH BAR Staff Observations:  Busy from the moment doors opened, with both bars navigating sold out theaters throughout the day.  Patrick was a big help with second round rushes and getting the first push of special event drinks out at Trees. JH Patrick and Darius had a good rapport in lobby tonight, which was really great to see. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
