Manager Communication: Need to communicate to bar staff that downstairs machines all work, Bryan didn't know. I thought he did. He started Cherry limeade at 4:45 pm.-LB

BAR Staff Observations: Ice machine in Trees was only half full at 5pm. It seemed to have turned itself off. Restarted and it seems to be fine. Unsure why it did that. -LB

Great flow tonight. Matthew is such a champ at service well. Really good vibes when he is running the ship. Very focused, but never flustered. -GS


FOH Staff Observations: Kobe was such a delight tonight. Just on top of it and very relaxed. Frankly I think the whole team was happy to be busy.

86ed / counts on items: We will need more tarragon to make more Wicked Gin.  We also lost a bottle of Ango in transport.  I could not locate any 6 inch wooden skewers for Bloody Mary garnish, T is using the swords in lieu of them. -LB

Prep List:  Made 4 Liters of tarragon gin, need more tarragon. Batched 10 recipes of Rage is your gift, it needs to be strained tomorrow around noon, I left the box of empty bottles in the walk in with corks. I batched more honey syrup. -LB
Going to have Tevon batch 2 FWWM, 1 Cherry Limeade, 2 Lemonade, 1 princes of Maine, 1 tornado wrangler, 1 bounty law.-LB
Ahead of tomorrow I brought the strawberry sparkle syrup squeeze bottles to both bars. Rosewater spray bottles and 3 Ketel Rose grapefruit vodkas to each bar..-LB

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. JH BAR Staff Observations:  Busy from the moment doors opened, with both bars navigating sold out theaters throughout the day.  Patrick was a big help with second round rushes and getting the first push of special event drinks out at Trees. JH Patrick and Darius had a good rapport in lobby tonight, which was really great to see. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
