Manager Communication: Lots of managers here today

Customer Comments: There was a kids bday up in the mezz of trees before the 6pm Wild Robot. There were really loud and brought outside food. I told them not to use it. They didn't really care. Made sure nothing escalated, but created a vibe I wouldn't have wanted to hang out in.  Only two guardians for a gaggle of 10 year old boys. 

BAR Staff Observations:  
Gabrielle clocked in 15 minutes late because she forgot, she wasn't late if someone can adjust her clock in time. 
Natasha was told to get off her phone by me when she was not making tickets. She seemed a little off tonight, but so did the populace. -LB
Lobby bar seems to have some trouble getting all the product out of frozen machines to clean. It feels like we might lose product by doing this procedure or need to figure the system out so that the items aren't as frozen when they go to empty the machines.   Gabrielle turned the Fire Walk with me off 20 minutes before cleaning, so maybe we turn it off after the last round of films start to get time to have it warm up for easier emptying. 
Storage closet in Lobby is unlocked, unsure if that is standard. 
Trees Lounge needs more Simple green cleaner.

Staff Meeting Agenda notes: Coffee was sent back because it was cold. Gabrielle brewed a pot. She recommends for the opener to put hot water into the carafe before brewing to maintain heat.  Or we should have another carafe brewed around 6 pm for the rest of the evening. -LB

Baldor will be picking up four cases of 24-pack 12oz Saratoga Sparkling tomorrow morning.  Boxes are labeled for pick up, Lauren will bring them down to the kitchen when closing, and I will let chefs know to expect a Baldor pick up tomorrow morning. JH

Maintenance: I replaced the temperature gauges in the frozen machines. 
The filters on the ice machine were gross so I hyper-fixated on cleaning them and the plate covers. I would like to remove the plates and clean them next ice machine cleaning cycle.  Then I went downstairs to do the same and those ones were even worse. I can really get down on cleaning stuff like this and would love a hand held vacuum device of some kind to keep condensers on refrigeration units etc clean.  If there is something here like that please let me know. -LB
Toilet seat in downstairs ladies room needs to be secured, left stall. 

One faucet in lobby bar sprays wildly and we can't get the filter part off that to use the hose. I think a wrench or something to take it off and see if we can get the spray under control.

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. JH BAR Staff Observations:  Busy from the moment doors opened, with both bars navigating sold out theaters throughout the day.  Patrick was a big help with second round rushes and getting the first push of special event drinks out at Trees. JH Patrick and Darius had a good rapport in lobby tonight, which was really great to see. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
