Manager Communication:
Nice and busy all day. Had some good pushes with sold out TH1 and TH2. Gabrielle was great today. Real MVP. She had a great attitude and was just crushing it! Jeshua handled Lobby solo for pretty much his whole shift with no issues. - AB2

I am taking 6 bottles of the infused gin for the Wicked special over to Williamsburg. - AB2
Vlad forgot to grab our trash and recycling, he told me on his way out, but he asked the kitchen staff to grab it. I bagged all the boxes for them.-LB

Customer Comments:

A customer from the 9:30pm Wicked said that Theater 2 was very warm. "As it is coat and jacket season, people are bundled up and it was hot." He was very nice about it understanding the old building.-LB

BAR Staff Observations:
There was a mighty unfortunate situation to open the shift. Maya was confused and instead of following the build sheets or reading the guide on the wall behind her, she built the Glindade with the strawberry glitter syrup (labeled Glindade) and the Elphaba's Elixir store and pour, despite there clearly being two different drinks. It wasn't the mixup we were expecting with this drink, but a mixup none the less. The servers were very pragmatic. Between Gil, myself and the servers we escaped with minimal damage. I wrote up Maya and we spoke about how it could be avoided in the future.\

Bryan has suggested we swap the steel shelf by the other POS for the wire shelf in the pit. It is not a reliable and glasses  fall over. Since it is the busiest spot in Trees, having a solid shelf makes sense.-LB
After being through a steady rush tonight, I think it makes sense to consider putting the Glindade in a bubbler, I built this drink to not be time consuming for the bar. We still sell a lot of regular lemonade, so my thought would be to put the Peach Tea in a store and pour. -LB
Suspicions are afoot that our dishwasher water is not hot enough, checking out glassware run at the end of the night and perhaps that is the culprit to some of the lackluster looking dishes.-LB

FOH Staff Observations:
Jose was super helpful for bar. When he had downtime he was getting ice, running food, and clearing plates in Tree's. - AB2
They were all hustling and helping each other out tonight. Real teamwork.-LB

Staff Meeting Agenda notes:
Ordering Earl grey in large format for the PST concentrate.  We use the concentrated lime for the Autumn G&T and it doesn't separate. Perhaps, if we carbonate the marg a little, it would not separate either?-LB

Maintenance:
I like the idea of having a clock in the pit so we know what time it is as a group for busy showtimes. - LB
Around the 2nd rush of the day, we tried using the gun that was soaking. The soda's were working but when you let go of the button, it would pour a bit of club soda at the end for like 2 seconds (longer than it sounds). Gabrielle decided to just do club sodas with that gun at the pass and then the button got stuck and the line did not stop running. Gus finally fixed it but not sure exactly how. I think he turned off the line. - AB2
