Manager Communication: 
Ian was rocking out maintaining the frozen machines and bubblers.  Ian also took out the dishwasher components and did a deep clean hoping this solves the cloudy glass issue.  Going to do this weekly.  We also agreed to keep an eye on draining the dishwater routinely during busy shifts.  -LB

BAR Staff Observations: 
Got both openers out of here once the second round settled, and both Gabrielle and Jeshua rocked each bar solo for the rest of the evening. JH

Special Events? 
Some of the partygoers from the private screening made their way up to Trees Lounge after the movie, and chilled up there for a while with some after movie drinks. JH

Staff Meeting Agenda notes: 
Considering making the sink on the left in the pit a sanitizer sink for quick rinses of jiggers during service.  Also coming up with a uniform lay out for the batch and pour so no one has to hunt for labels during busy pushes. -LB

86ed / counts on items: 
Bocuse D'Or is on a count for it's last week on the menu.  Singlecut Hibiscus is 86'd until we get our delivery this week. JH

Prep List: 
We should probably make a double batch of Arbol Tequila tomorrow, just to get ahead of it before the weekend. JH

Over/Short on Banks: 
Lobby was $3 over.  Everything else was fine, and the rest of the cash made sense.  Gabrielle said it may have happened when making change earlier in the shift, but wasn't positive. JH

It appears that Filmbot wasn't closed last night.  As a reminder for opening bar managers, if Filmbot is already open when you arrive, check in with the other opening manager if they opened it.  Otherwise, we don't catch the issue until we start doing the money. JH

Pay Outs: 
Two pay outs for kitchen, a bundle of food receipts and a spray bottle. JH

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: 
Homecoming came with two kegs and two bags (they took the empties), winebow, union, US foods. -LB

Baldor arriving tomorrow. JH

Maintenance: 
Reprinted age policy for lobby bar and put a reminder to ask for emails during ticket sales.-LB 

I know that we have investigated the smell at the Lobby elevator several times now, but it was back with a vengeance this evening.  It could even be smelled by the Th7 service pass at points tonight.  I don't know if the switch to heat exacerbated the issue, but it was pungent. JH

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
