Tuesday 9/30/25 Gus/Lauren/Ian

Manager Communication:  This is possibly already a plan, but a reflector mirror for coming out of bar prep facing the new dumbwaiter seems prudent. -LB Lauren took initiative to get some prep started for Thursday's meeting and impending menu flip - and with Val's call-out I had to be more hands on at the bars. Chelsea and Dion held things down around the building and it was overall a lovely evening! - IP BAR Staff Observations: Lydia pulled a long shift in the lobby, and I got them out right at 10. I manned the lobby until reroute at 10:30 - then I handled the lobby close (just like old times!). Really appreciated Lydia's willingness to help out - and Greg and Tevon were awesome at Trees. Especially Greg who rolled with the punches and took on the solo Trees close. I helped him out with cleaning the lounge tables and flipping the chairs - otherwise, he crushed his close. - IP  Sick Leave/ Call outs: Val lost her dog this afternoon and was just unable to talk, let alone work...

Monday / 9.29.25 / Ariel & Lauren / NPP Bar

Manager Communication: I watched some videos on the frozen machines today. Just wanted to let y'all know. In slush mode, the higher the number, the more dense it gets. If it's on a 1, it will be more watery with some ice chips and at the highest, well, real thick. In Cold mode, the number indicates the temperature in Celsius. - AB2  It is extremely hot and humid, and the bar department has a lot to do before Friday, if there is anyway to prioritize the mounting of the fans. That would be really wonderful. -LB BAR Staff Observations: The bar team crushed a busy late night event calendar, glad I kept both openers to facilitate the onslaught. I have some notes that are bar team specific that I will highlight Thursday. Instrumental teamwork today.-LB Patrick is a darling and went up to help Nia close her first Monday solo close at Trees.  I had him walk her through close out as sometimes a coworker vs a manager is helpful. I told her Ian is a most reliable helper and will be here ...

Sunday 9/28/25 Lauren/Ian

Manager Communication: The chenin chard keg was weird when I tapped it. Luckily I was going to show Vlad something in the walk-in and it had leaked all over the ground. I untapped it and it exploded in my face. So it definitely has bacteria in it. We should get a credit for it. I have 86ed it in the system.  I believe whatever had spilled on the ground was run-off from the spout that fills the bottle affixed to the wall that fills when we tap new kegs. When I went to change a Sauv-Blanc keg to refill the fob, the little black plastic hose was not in the bottle and was spilling directly onto the floor of the walk-in. This isn't a usual problem, someone probably just forgot.  Tonight was quite busy in the theaters and at Trees. The football games kept some people hanging out before and after the sold out OBAA's. - IP Temporarily the lobby bar has all ground coffee bags, since we are in flux upstairs, it seemed better.-LB BAR Staff Observations: Daytime Jeshua is obviously also a...

Saturday 09.27.25 Jenn/Ian

Manager Communication:  First round was great on all three floors.  Not crazy busy, but enough to banish those slow season blues. JH PTA said SLOW WHO?? OBAA is raking it in. Excellent sales and they are THIRSTY. The drink special is selling very well, and this is a booooozy crowd in general. Team was firing on all cylinders across the board - servers were helping out with the glassware, the bar team was expediting and communicating wonderfully and all of the extremely busy service pushes went very smoothly. Sometimes when we come out of a business lull there can be a slower response to meet the business demands, but everyone seems really excited for it to be busy and stepped up and did a great job.  Customer Comments: We had a guest (ticket G51) who had a soda spilled on them, and subsequently did not receive a soda refill or popcorn refill that they had ordered. They were not charged for the items they never received, however they (understandably) felt as though there w...

Friday 09.26.25 Jenn/Gus/Ariel

Manager Communication: Stacked team today. Jenn crushed inventory. Jared opened the building. Jess and Rebecca on Admin. I was mostly in my prison (the new liquor room) I'm bringing a bunch of liquors from here over to NWB. - AB2 I moved the trash cans from the liquor room into the main prep area where they usually lived. I did this because Vlad suggested since the other porters would not know to look in there. If we wanna change the location of the cans I'm down to communicate to them but figured we'll know for sure when everything is done. - AB2 Just an FYI, the outlets are a lil finicky in the liquor room. If you're having trouble just press the restart button on the outlet and it'll be all good. - AB2 BAR Staff Observations: Tevon and Charlie did a good job opening the building. Gabrielle, Matthew, and Natasha crushed it today. So much so that Torey told Matthew and Natasha that they absolutely killed it and that he appreciated having them tonight. - AB2 Specia...

Thursday 09.25.25 Jenn/Gus

Manager Communication: FOH team really crushed it tonight. Customer Comments: BAR Staff Observations:  Based on sales, Jeshua took the cut for today and Gus pushed Matthew and Greg's in-times to accommodate.  7Shifts has been updated. JH FOH Staff Observations:  Was able to walk Alex through service at Trees Lounge during the second round, and he was very attentive and asked plenty of good questions.  It's their Day 4, so they have definitely gotten more comfortable with the layout. JH Special Events? The special event was the aount of booze I moved Staff Meeting Agenda notes:  The liquor room looks like a very organizational tornado rolled through.  The evolution continues. JH 86ed / counts on items:  86'd Bevi Sangiovese. JH Prep List: I made simple. It was very tight spacially.  R&D comp checks: Over/Short on Banks: Pay Outs:  $28.20 (Staff Food) JH Lost & Found?: Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: Maintenance:  Trees ice machi...

Wednesday 9/24/25 Ian/Lauren/Jenn

Manager Communication:   The evolution of the bar prep area is continuing.  It feels like we will want a landing table for bartenders restock near the walk-in door to mitigate spillage and crowded areas. Understandably we will take it as it comes.-LB The rain definitely brought in some folks during the beginning of the third round which kept Trees bopping until a little after eleven. JH BAR Staff Observations:  Got openers (Matthew & Tevon) out of here on the earlier side, and both Jeshua and Val held down each bar without issue.  Val was great up at Trees, and only ever needed me to help out behind the bar during the initial service push for Day of the Dead .  I took over the service pass and Val made quick work of a fair amount of bar guests.  Jeshua made sure the lobby ice machine was emptied and checked in on Val and helped her get ahead on some Trees closing bits.  Val did a great job closing and needed no assistance when doing Trees' money, s...

Tuesday 9/23/25 Gus/Lauren/Ian

Manager Communication: Gus and I went over Goodfellas FF and will get back on that once this menu is fully flipped, but our passion for it is making quick work of it. -LB Gus, Lauren and I went full Tetris on some items in the liquor room to clear space for the impending construction. We've got a whole load of stuff placed in the back corner where the wine and events water bottles used to be stacked up, and everything cleared out and ready (and usable!) while they continue to work. Great team effort! - IP BAR Staff Observations:  Tevon gets game ball tonight - he stuck around later than he would have normally had to on a slow Tuesday to help Gab with the after-special bar push. They kept drinking, so it kept the lounge nice and busy. Greg had a very chill evening in the lobby. - IP FOH Staff Observations: Michael is a great server and I'm thrilled that Kyle was training with him. - IP Hiring/Training: Kyle seemed to be fitting in nicely! - IP Special Events? Stolen Kingdom This...

Monday 9/22/25 Gus/Ariel

Manager Communication: Gus handled all of the liquor room thangs. Shelf was broken down and put to the side. Lowboy has been wiped down and ready to go. That area Matthew needed clear by tonight is all good to go. - AB2 BAR Staff Observations: I cut Greg and Jeshua early today. Jeshua around 7 and Greg around 8. Everything was dead besides the semi sold Troll 2. Lydia was great in Tree's and I rocked that out with them during the minor rush. Nia did her thing in Lobby. - AB2 FOH Staff Observations: Sarah was everywhere today. She was just in a slow TH5 so she kept helping do support and flips for other theaters. Big shoutout to her today. - AB2 Hiring/Training: Erika seemed hyped on her day 5 training with Omar. She said he was handling everything and doing well. - AB2 Sick Leave/ Call outs: Feel better Lauren!! - AB2 Prep List: Gus knocked out a Tornado W. and an OF keg. The old fashioned keg that was leaking, was tightened with an OF batch made in it. Keep in mind in case it g...

Sunday 9/21/25 Lauren/Ian

Manager Communication: Something worth noting in the bartender email: no personal items in the bar lowboys. Earlier this week Lydia left wings in the fridge and today I found Natasha's celsius. -LB I moved the Swamp thing to the top shelf at Trees Lounge and positioned the bottles evenly across.-LB I submitted an order on Wednesday for chlorophyll from Amazon for the Anemone drink special, if someone could approve it or let me know so I can plan accordingly. -LB Extremely slow Sunday - ran with one bartender at each bar after the dinner round. Gonna be slow tomorrow too - but the Troll 2 screening should be a fun crowd. - IP FOH Staff Observations: Lanie was wonderful as support this evening, jumping around all the theaters whenever/wherever we needed her. - IP Bar  Staff Observations: It was newbie day in the lobby with Nia handing things off to Charlie - they did a really good job! I think they both could stand to make it a priority to not get sucked into socializing at the pass ...

Saturday 09.20.25 Jenn/Lauren/Ian

Manager Communication: I would like to suggest a new protocol. Frozen coke that has been batched should be transferred to 4 quart screw lid. This is to stop any accidental second dilution of the Froco. The machine did the white frozen thing again. I tasted it, it tasted slightly weak. I could not find the Brixometer because the liquor room is a chaos den at the moment. If we do this, at least we have a better starting point to figure out what might be going on. I burned the froco in that machine and am going to leave it empty for now. -LB Jeremy was getting something from Webstaurant so I tacked on a ROUND 12 Q CAMBRO that we can use exclusively for Coke syrup in addition to the 4 quart system. This will be easier for storing the mixed froco directly in front of the coke syrup bin.  Ian cleared out the bar prep lowboy. I cleaned and bleached the inside of the lowboy. Keeping it plugged in otherwise it will get gross. If it can also be plugged back in upon moving into the liquor roo...

Friday 9.19.25 / Jenn, Gus, & Ariel / NPP Bar

Manager Communication:  Tomorrow's numbers are looking pretty slow. I think we can definitely cut someone. Every theater is very slow in the AM. I would probably cut Matthew and then move Greg in to come a bit earlier (1:30/2) as someone that can help relieve Maya/Natasha for a break/help stock and probably get out of here after the 7:00 HIM screening settles. I would also consider possibly bringing someone in a tad earlier from the closers in order to help make it a smoother prep for the busier dinner round. - AB2 BAR Staff Observations : Charlie and Tevon crushed opening. We cut Natasha today. IF there is a cut tomorrow Matthew Soler would take it. I agree with that Matthew note above. - AB2 Matthew absolutely crushed it in Tree's tonight. Gabrielle was awesome in the lobby. Both absolutely killed it and I was able to get Tevon and Charlie out pretty early since it was slow. - AB2 FOH Staff Observations: Bre killed it during her TH7 rush. Jovani was great as always. - AB2 Spe...

Thursday 09.18.25 Jenn/Gus

Manager Communication: Really great team tonight. Pretty slow with a busy middle Customer Comments: Trees lounge was flowing tonight. Got pretty busy, but Natasha handled it like a champ. BAR Staff Observations:  Both Matthew and Tevon handled the kitchen service issues during the first round without issue.  The first round was relatively mellow, so they were able to tackle side work and kept guests informed. JH FOH Staff Observations: Bri did a really good job training Omar.  Hiring/Training: I trained Omar on bar pass stuff. He is very intelligent and seems to understand how things flow. Sick Leave/ Call outs: None Special Events: They Live! Screening Staff Meeting Agenda notes: I want to go over some POS stuff with Gil- GS 86ed / counts on items: ginger beer is low and I realized this too late to get our regular brand, but I have Fever Tree coming tomorrow -GS Prep List: We have a good amount of stuff to make tomorrow, however, we have the manpower. Tomorrow we need: O...

Wednesday 9/17/25 Ian/Lauren/Jenn

Manager Communication: We might be able to cut Natasha or Matthew for tomorrow night (Matthew volunteered again) He also noted he would open if Gab wanted to close.   We have the dream team for the early round They Live rush, however Tevon does have tickets and would like to go, so if the maths math. Make it math? LB I think we probably don't need a batch shift for Friday, if someone wants to make the call on that tomorrow.-LB The maths have been mathed and 7Shifts has been updated for tomorrow's schedule.  Gabrielle took the cut and Matthew will open Trees in her stead.  I also gave Natasha a heads up that she will be closing Trees solo tomorrow. JH BAR Staff Observations:  Another mellow weekend evening, so both openers were out of here well before the end of the second round.  Jeshua and Gabrielle closed each of the bars without issue. JH Special Events?  The run club came through this evening, and were lovely as usual.  About a dozen folks, mo...

Tuesday 9/16/25 Gus/Lauren/Ian

Manager Communication: Aside from Trivia is was a very lax evening. Lauren got a bunch of behin-the-scenes stuff done, and we had a nice bar meeting. - IP  Customer Comments: Trivia guests were fantastic tonight. Got here early or on time, were out right on time, and also follow directions and buss for themselves! There was a group on the mezz who came down five minutes before the time I told them to clear out, and bussed all of their stuff themselves - they can come back any time! - IP BAR Staff Observations: Val is a great addition to the Trivia team. Tevon and Maya crushed as always and Val jumped right in, despite not feeling her best. Greg was a stalwart in the lobby and was super game to jump in to help Maya close Trees when I sent Val home a little early. - IP FOH Staff Observations: Caleb is a workhorse. Great stuff always. - IP Hiring/Training: Val did great with a really busy Trivia. Tevon is a great trainer, and she definitely seemed to take it all in stride - despite f...

Monday / 9.15.25 / Ariel & Lauren / NPP Bar

Manager Communication: We were ready for the post-comedy bump but it was pretty chill. Nia paused mid-lobby close to be ready to come up if we needed her, but it was all good. Thanks for the clever suggestion fellow bar managers.-LB   Customer Comments: It is fun watching Trees/NH cultivate regulars. John, a man who likes margaritas, comes to most of the Monday screenings. Love to see it.-LB  BAR Staff Observations: Maya and Lydia like working together too much. They need to share their magnetism with customers. I noted this to them. Happy to see them vibing, just want them to spread joy and keep up with bar service needs.-LB Nia needed a reminder to bring the gate down and some help. Michael was helping but then the POS was in the way so I had them stop the gate. It wasn't working, but I used a trick I have learned and reset it by holding down both buttons. Nia is doing great just the routine stuff that is slowly gonna become second nature.-LB FOH Staff Observations: Raekwon...

Sunday 9/14/25 Lauren/Ian

Manager Communication: Regarding Jenn's hypothesis of a dilute frozen coke, I would guess that is the cause since there has been no breaking of the small coke syrups in the walk-in that were there on Wednesday. I dumped the rest of the dilute batch and made more-LB I have ended the run of mayo/ketchup at Trees Lounge. If we need to have ketchup behind the bar, perhaps we can become part of the runner distribution of ketchup daily. I found an undated possibly vegan garlic dressing in the lowboy at Trees so now the ketchup/mayo simplicity has ended.-LB I tapped a Frizzante keg that was leaking gas. It needs to get picked up by CWD? I had this issue a lot at Caveat with the wine kegs, every so often the plastic piece comes off that should block the gas.-LB Broke a 1.75 L of Tequila that then dripped into kitchen from liquor room. If a box is water damaged, broken etc, put that side out so it is visible. This just fell out of the box when I pulled it out and broke.-LB Put freshly made ...

Saturday 09.13.25 Jenn/Ian

Manager Communication: Tonight felt a lot slower than it actually was. A bunch of theaters were very well sold but 1 & 2 were mediocre at best, so everything was relaxed. - IP Customer Comments: A guest at Trees was being exceptionally rude while sitting at the bar - having a FaceTime conversation at the bar that was disrupting everyone sitting around them. Lydia very politely requested they put in headphones or take the conversation somewhere a little more private - and, after a lot of aggresive hemming and hawing (for which more than three other guests independently admonished her), she said loudly to the person on the call "I gotta hang up now - this they/them is all up in my as****le." It rattled Lydia because this person (who arrived already clearly intoxicated) was just unabashedly aggressive and rude to them for the entire brief encounter, when all Lydia was trying to do was politely ask them to move their very loud conversation elsewhere. We declined to serve them...

Friday 9.12.2025 Jenn/Ian/Ariel

Manager Communication: Nice easy start to the day. Got new specials all ready and Baldor squared away.  BAR Staff Observations: Solid team tonight. Charlie did his thing and I was able to get him and T out pretty early due to sales. Gabrielle was great in Lobby and Matthew killed it in Tree's. Nothing new here. - AB2 Sick Leave/ Call outs: Natasha called out due to illness. We had already cut Tevon's prep shift, so he is prepared to help out at Trees in the event things pick up later tonight - but we have Matthew closing Trees and Gab closing lobby so we should be good. - IP (Updated 7Shifts and reminded Natasha to submit sick time if she has enough accrued) JH Staff Meeting Agenda notes:  Since the Hinokami Kagura batch looks like lemonade, Ian labeled the spouts on the 1qt store-n-pours with 'YUZU' labels. JH 86ed / counts on items: Blame Giuliani as of tonight. I batched it at the end of the night and updated the count to 50. - AB2 Prep List: I batched - Blame Giulia...

Thursday 09.11.25 Jenn/Ariel

Manager Communication: Pretty slow night. Solid lil pushes from time to time but nothing crazy. Nia did well on her first solo Tree's shift. - AB2 BAR Staff Observations:  Spoke with Ariel this morning, and we made the call to cut Matthew from his Trees closing shift due to sales.  Tevon will knock out his Bar Prep shift this evening, so he will be around if Trees needs extra hands when he is done batching. JH Yeah, we got Tevon out of here after batching. Greg was cut around the final round getting started. It was not very busy and I stepped in to help Nia through the minor push. - AB2 Jeshua was straight chillin' solo in the Lobby. - AB2 Jeshua was super helpful with Nia on her first close in Tree's. He was up there showing her the ropes and the order of doing things. - AB2 FOH Staff Observations: Jovani was crushin' today. Bruce was here, Gus would've been hyped. - AB2 Special Events? Animated shorts were chillin'. Had a lil crowd in Tree's before but no...

Wednesday 9/10/25 Ian/Lauren/Jenn

Manager Communication:  I checked to see that the box office was open before doors, it was, in fact we had sold a ticket. At 2:40pm Tevon walkied to ask me to open it, so unsure who opened it initially, and/or closed it, but unsure where that $18 ticket sale will turn up.-LB Matthew noted he would take the cut tomorrow if sales were slow. Also Saturday in times are ahead of the shows that could  grow, but they are very dependent on sales, if people need to be pushed.-LB BAR Staff Observations:  Tevon got us restocked on iced tea and lemonade, and was able to get out of here shortly after six.  Matthew stuck around to make sure both bars were restocked and get Gabrielle through the second round seatings of Th1/2, and then made his way out.  Pretty mellow vibes throughout the night, and Gabrielle and Jeshua closed each bar without issue. JH FOH Staff Observations:  Grace was very excited to have her first trainer shift today with Kyle, and was very conscienti...

Tuesday 9/9/25 Gus/Ian/Lauren

Manager Communication: Theater 4/6 ticket printer at Trees is gunky, Ian is giving it a tune up.LB Cleaned power button and opening latch - it was indeed quite gunky. Also cleaned all machines except for Trees Frozen Triple Bay. Got that done so I could be around when Val was closing. The lobby frozens were a bonus because Greg stuck around to help Val with her first close. Sleepy night but was perfect for Val's first solo close. - IP BAR Staff Observations: Team was awesome. Greg is great in lobby, and Tevon was the perfect person to have for Val's first live shift. - IP Hiring/Training: Val had her first close! Was as awesome as expected. Went step by step through the bar binder's closing list. Tevon set her up for success and then Greg pitched in to help make sure she felt confident about doing the money. Was great teamwork all around - but Val did a wonderful job. - IP Special Events? Feathers screening - was fine. Not a huge bar presence. - IP Prep List: Will get to a ...

Monday 09.08.25 Jenn/Lauren

Manager Communication:   At 10:20 Patrick walkies from Trees but only half of it was comprehensible. All the walkies are on the fritz. I hear the walk-in freaking out so I just went in there. The Chenin was clicking away the fob did not lower upon the keg kicking and just kept clicking. I got it changed and working, just a strange situation. The Chenin fob might be on it's way to the bad side of the fob tracks.-LB Customer Comments: BAR Staff Observations: FOH Staff Observations: Some real vibes in the building with some fun faces in the mix.-LB Hiring/Training: Michael is awesome. Thanks for hiring him. Nia held her own in the lobby like a boss. She will get faster at this stuff but she is patient with herself.-LB Sick Leave/ Call outs: Special Events? Thelma & Louise and The Blob!! Staff Meeting Agenda notes: Theater 2 opened late today, this is not uncommon for these drag performances, wondering if either accommodating for this on the cue sheets and for ticket holders, as...

Sunday 9.7.25 Gus/Ian

Manager Communication:   Really sleepy start. - GS Evening was steady but never got insane. Bar team was on point - management was great. Chelsea and Dion and James were awesome on the floor. Did a great little bar trail with Eryn our new server (who is gonna be great, I can already tell!), gave her the run down on the bar program, ways to streamline service while at the pass, and to be patient with the bar staff when Trees is very busy - the tickets can pile up, but to be confident that they can crank them out fast enough where service will remain smooth and uninterrupted. - IP BAR Staff Observations:  Good crew today. Charlie and Nia worked a rush with me behind the bar. Nia is up for the challenge. Charlie thrives just kinda doing what is needed, which is nice. I spoke about cuts and such with Tevon and he was vocal about making sure Nia had support on her first shift, which I thought was really good instincts.  Nia and Charlie did a great job at Trees today! I am thri...

Saturday 09.06.25 Jenn/Ian

Manager Communication:  First round was definitely dominated by the special event, with Th1's Jackass: The Movie having the largest crowd of the morning.  The second round was a bit more mellow, which gave both bars time to reset and restock before closers got in. JH Jenn did an excellent job with communicating the status of the bars and the day so far, and getting me up to speed with what might need attention later in the evening. We coordinated to make sure everyone had plenty of time to have family meal, and then got into the dinner round. I saw, across the board, a good level of communication on the handoff from day to night - really awesome and helpful! - IP BAR Staff Observations:  Lydia did not check their schedule and had assumed they were closing this evening.  When they did not show up this morning, I reached out and left a voicemail, and they text me back moments later that they were going to get ready and jump in a car and head over.  Myself and Matt...

Friday 09.05.25 Jenn/Gus

Manager Communication: Jenn stayed and we did some R&D. Menu is really coming together, I've very pleased. Some real bangers.  -GS Customer Comments: Trees was steady. I probably should have kept Patrick a bit longer, but we made due. -GS BAR Staff Observations: Matthew is the MVP. Just crushing. He does a really great job of steading the ship. Charlie jumped right into service and was like "lets go" (I doubt he said those words- but thats what his actions were saying. It was great to see) -GS FOH Staff Observations: Torie was crushing it tonight. Great attitude. There was some sadness behind those eyes, but he got a ton done for the team. I gave him a token. -GS Special Events? Staff Meeting Agenda notes: Consistency on how we ring things (bar meeting not big meeting) -GS Table configuration in Trees -GS Prep List: Old Fashioned, Margarita Pay Outs: $9- Bar Grocery (Pumpkin stuff for bar) Ordering/Receiving/Shipping:  Baldor & US Foods arrived. JH Maintenance: O...

Thursday 09.04.25 Jenn/Gus

Manager Communication:  Another beautiful day outside, which means another relatively mellow day inside NPP. JH It stayed a clunker. We put on the US Open, which was fun for guests, but it never got above steady. We cut Gabrielle as Spoons opened. Very chill night, minus one thing. Customer Comments: During the dinner rush I got a report from Patrick via a guest that there was a lady whos hair was on fire. Things were generally pretty chill so I was surprised by this report, however, I went on the other side of the pass and it had a thick stench of that unique smell. Someone had definitely lit their hair on fire. But they were gone. Someone pointed out where they were sitting so I waited just to make sure they were good. They came back to their seat and were very indignant. They yelled at the guy next to them, then told me they were fine and ran off back to the bathroom again. I made sure the neighboring guest was okay, they were, and continued to see what was up. They went into th...

Wednesday 9/3/25 Ian/Lauren/Jenn

Manager Communication:  I have heard tell that we are getting more and/or new walkie talkies, it is pretty dire at times since most are finnicky. -LB  Mellow dinner round, with both big theaters getting to just about 100 tickets.  Pretty bopping crowd at Trees from 7:30-9:00, but most of them then went in to see Fantastic Planet.  Last guests left Trees a little after midnight. JH BAR Staff Observations:  Got Matthew out of here right after both bars were restocked and set for dinner rounds, and had Tevon and Val stick around through the second seatings of Th1/2.  Val took lead on service bar and is getting much better about when to call for hands, and this is something that will just get better with time as she works busier service pushes.  Tevon and Val did another restock for Trees before they got out of here, and Gabrielle and Jeshua closed each bar without issue. JH   Hiring/Training:  Val day 5.  I have her starting with Tevon who ...

Tuesday 9-2-25 Gus/Lauren/Ian

Manager Communication: I placed a box going back to Harney and Sons to be picked up by Fedex tomorrow. In case they come before I am in and anyone has questions. It has packing slip and a sign on it from me. -LB Maybe the most insane string of crazy events I've seen in a single night? Whew boy, this Tuesday was NUTS - but Chelsea (the absolute MVP), Dion, Dwight and I worked really well as a team to meet the issues and find solutions quickly and thoroughly. - IP Customer Comments:   There was a guest that had a full on episode in the Trees Lounge women's room (due to what appeared to be some sort of intoxicant - something far stronger than alcohol). Darius alerted me there was a commotion in the restroom, and Dwight and I got there and saw a woman trying to climb one of the bathroom stalls, not wearing any pants. I immediately radioed for a female identifying MOD, and Chelsea came to the rescue. Chelsea is a magician. She managed to help get this woman dressed and out of the ba...

Monday 9/1, Labor Day, Gus/Lauren

Manager Communication: Sleepy start. Carly and I opened the building Customer Comments:   Lol, Jeshua provided me with an entertaining exchange. He walkied for an MOD, I came down and there were two teenage boys trying to see Weapons. They did not have ID. The younger looking one claimed to be 18 and had shown Jeshua a photo of his Polish passport. It said he was 25. So I told them that they can't come in. I appreciate Jeshua's keen eye on the upholding of our policies. They were clever at trying to negotiate their way in, but lacked some common sense. -LB BAR Staff Observations: Charlie opened the Lobby, Greg upstairs. Went off without a hitch. Greg was rocking  FOH Staff Observations: Sam was crushing support. Madison hustling for 4/6 (getting that first hot toddy of the season up there hot UGH too early for this.) Runners helping out everywhere. Good crew.-LB Hiring/Training: Nia in it to win it with Tevon.  She has brought a nice, refreshing attitude to the bar team....
