Manager Communication: 
The evolution of the bar prep area is continuing.  It feels like we will want a landing table for bartenders restock near the walk-in door to mitigate spillage and crowded areas. Understandably we will take it as it comes.-LB

The rain definitely brought in some folks during the beginning of the third round which kept Trees bopping until a little after eleven. JH

BAR Staff Observations: 
Got openers (Matthew & Tevon) out of here on the earlier side, and both Jeshua and Val held down each bar without issue.  Val was great up at Trees, and only ever needed me to help out behind the bar during the initial service push for Day of the Dead.  I took over the service pass and Val made quick work of a fair amount of bar guests.  Jeshua made sure the lobby ice machine was emptied and checked in on Val and helped her get ahead on some Trees closing bits.  Val did a great job closing and needed no assistance when doing Trees' money, so she is definitely settling in. JH

Special Events? 
Day of the Dead in the final round definitely brought a little service pop to Trees, which was welcome.  Not many stuck around after the screening, though. JH

Prep List: 
Ariel, not sure what your OF note meant, is the keg fixed? We poured the batch from 9/19 into the keg that kicked today, Ariel's keg was tapped. Keep an eye for leaky-loos. -LB

Looking a little slim on boozy batches in the walk-in, but both bars are stocked and ready for service tomorrow.  I'll also be able to knock out some batching before doors tomorrow. JH

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: 
Union. Sarene  Baldor  

US foods coming Friday, we seem set on Baldor, but keep an eye if people start coming to the movies again -LB

Maintenance: 
Ice machine at Trees lounge is being weird. It is empty. Water is coming up. I called Dio, they are coming at 8:30am. The ice needs to be burned in both machines. I suggest we fill at least lobby bar with the ice from downstairs tonight so there is some ice to start. As they won't finish service until 11:30 or so. -LB

Manager Communication: Wyatt and I opened up the building in preparation for a very busy "Do the Right Thing" - otherwise it was a very quiet.  We don't get the FOH blog, so Ian didn't know about the grease trap back up, which caused some confusion this morning. Vlad said he would get to the drain in theaters 1/2 another day since today was a literal washout.-LB I put signs up to tell people to not put bags on the top of the ice machines, not considering the language barrier of Markenson etc.  I went through it with him after he replaced the boxes because he is so thorough, I believe he understood what I meant. -LB Timothy needs to get a run down about wearing an ear piece, he left his walkie on the water station, didn't even realize it. Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper. Nick Friday 2/11

Manager Communication: Slow night at the bar, but The WOrst Person opened pretty big which was nice to see.  BAR Staff Observations: Everyone did great. Was able to get Jenn and Jo out earlyish.  FOH Staff Observations: Solid crew tonight, no issues on my end.  86ed / counts on items: Tecate Prep List : Should be all prepped up going in to tomorrow. We will probably need hot toddy at some point, but no urgency.  Over/Short on Banks: Lobby bar was $10 short.  Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: Manhattan did not come in this week, so we did not get tecate or high life. Our rep is following up.
