Manager Communication: 
I checked to see that the box office was open before doors, it was, in fact we had sold a ticket. At 2:40pm Tevon walkied to ask me to open it, so unsure who opened it initially, and/or closed it, but unsure where that $18 ticket sale will turn up.-LB

Matthew noted he would take the cut tomorrow if sales were slow. Also Saturday in times are ahead of the shows that could  grow, but they are very dependent on sales, if people need to be pushed.-LB

BAR Staff Observations: 
Tevon got us restocked on iced tea and lemonade, and was able to get out of here shortly after six.  Matthew stuck around to make sure both bars were restocked and get Gabrielle through the second round seatings of Th1/2, and then made his way out.  Pretty mellow vibes throughout the night, and Gabrielle and Jeshua closed each bar without issue. JH

FOH Staff Observations: 
Grace was very excited to have her first trainer shift today with Kyle, and was very conscientious with her explanations and follow up notes. JH

Prep List: 
Tea, Froco, Lemonade. Do not batch Palmdale.-LB

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: 
US foods, not ordering more this week. Baldor coming Friday.-LB

Sarene, Skurnik arrived. -LB

Maintenance:   
Lobby lowboy holding strong for now, I will keep an eye on it. Still wrangling our parts for Trees lowboys waiting for some help from the manufacturer-LB

Manager Communication: Wyatt and I opened up the building in preparation for a very busy "Do the Right Thing" - otherwise it was a very quiet.  We don't get the FOH blog, so Ian didn't know about the grease trap back up, which caused some confusion this morning. Vlad said he would get to the drain in theaters 1/2 another day since today was a literal washout.-LB I put signs up to tell people to not put bags on the top of the ice machines, not considering the language barrier of Markenson etc.  I went through it with him after he replaced the boxes because he is so thorough, I believe he understood what I meant. -LB Timothy needs to get a run down about wearing an ear piece, he left his walkie on the water station, didn't even realize it. Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper. Nick Friday 2/11

Manager Communication: Slow night at the bar, but The WOrst Person opened pretty big which was nice to see.  BAR Staff Observations: Everyone did great. Was able to get Jenn and Jo out earlyish.  FOH Staff Observations: Solid crew tonight, no issues on my end.  86ed / counts on items: Tecate Prep List : Should be all prepped up going in to tomorrow. We will probably need hot toddy at some point, but no urgency.  Over/Short on Banks: Lobby bar was $10 short.  Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: Manhattan did not come in this week, so we did not get tecate or high life. Our rep is following up.
