Manager Communication: 
Really sleepy start. - GS

Evening was steady but never got insane. Bar team was on point - management was great. Chelsea and Dion and James were awesome on the floor. Did a great little bar trail with Eryn our new server (who is gonna be great, I can already tell!), gave her the run down on the bar program, ways to streamline service while at the pass, and to be patient with the bar staff when Trees is very busy - the tickets can pile up, but to be confident that they can crank them out fast enough where service will remain smooth and uninterrupted. - IP

BAR Staff Observations: 
Good crew today. Charlie and Nia worked a rush with me behind the bar. Nia is up for the challenge. Charlie thrives just kinda doing what is needed, which is nice. I spoke about cuts and such with Tevon and he was vocal about making sure Nia had support on her first shift, which I thought was really good instincts. 

Nia and Charlie did a great job at Trees today! I am thrilled with their retention of protocol and policy and they both have wonderful attitudes. Darius killed it in the lobby solo, and Jeshua did a really good job guiding Nia when it was just the two of them. Only note I have is to drill food numbering protocol with Charlie. - IP

Manager Communication: Wyatt and I opened up the building in preparation for a very busy "Do the Right Thing" - otherwise it was a very quiet.  We don't get the FOH blog, so Ian didn't know about the grease trap back up, which caused some confusion this morning. Vlad said he would get to the drain in theaters 1/2 another day since today was a literal washout.-LB I put signs up to tell people to not put bags on the top of the ice machines, not considering the language barrier of Markenson etc.  I went through it with him after he replaced the boxes because he is so thorough, I believe he understood what I meant. -LB Timothy needs to get a run down about wearing an ear piece, he left his walkie on the water station, didn't even realize it. Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper. Nick Friday 2/11

Manager Communication: Slow night at the bar, but The WOrst Person opened pretty big which was nice to see.  BAR Staff Observations: Everyone did great. Was able to get Jenn and Jo out earlyish.  FOH Staff Observations: Solid crew tonight, no issues on my end.  86ed / counts on items: Tecate Prep List : Should be all prepped up going in to tomorrow. We will probably need hot toddy at some point, but no urgency.  Over/Short on Banks: Lobby bar was $10 short.  Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: Manhattan did not come in this week, so we did not get tecate or high life. Our rep is following up.
