Manager Communication: I placed a box going back to Harney and Sons to be picked up by Fedex tomorrow. In case they come before I am in and anyone has questions. It has packing slip and a sign on it from me. -LB

Maybe the most insane string of crazy events I've seen in a single night? Whew boy, this Tuesday was NUTS - but Chelsea (the absolute MVP), Dion, Dwight and I worked really well as a team to meet the issues and find solutions quickly and thoroughly. - IP

Customer Comments: 
There was a guest that had a full on episode in the Trees Lounge women's room (due to what appeared to be some sort of intoxicant - something far stronger than alcohol). Darius alerted me there was a commotion in the restroom, and Dwight and I got there and saw a woman trying to climb one of the bathroom stalls, not wearing any pants. I immediately radioed for a female identifying MOD, and Chelsea came to the rescue. Chelsea is a magician. She managed to help get this woman dressed and out of the bathroom - then escorted her out of the building and made sure she was on her way home. Dwight and I made sure we were right there in case the woman did anything dangerous - but we were not needed - Chelsea had everything totally under control - it was extremely impressive. I am really thankful she was here tonight. - IP 

BAR Staff Observations: Darius is a legend at setting up Trees for trivia with a positive AF attitude. He rules.-LB

Trivia team continues to kick ass - Val got an excellent entry into the setup and breakdown. I concur about Darius' set-up. Same with getting to see Tevon and Maya's close. This was a good training shift. Greg was solo in the lobby for most of the evening and handled a decent little pop of guests hanging out before the special screening in theater 6 at 10p. - IP

Hiring/Training: 
Val with Tevon for trivia. -LB

Val did a great job with her first Trivia. It wasn't a particularly busy one, but she still got a sense of the flow and did a great job at the pass. Tevon said she's great - just needs more time on Filmbot, which is the thing all the leads have said navigating Filmbot and juggling drink/ticketing service is the thing that needs the most practice, just for the record. - IP 

Special Events? 
Trivia. Mom Always Says Be Nice screening.

Trivia was kind of a sleeper. Good to have it be relatively chill so Val can see the process. Short screening was chill and easy - had a nice little pop in the lobby because Trees was full with Trivia peeps. - IP

Manager Communication: Wyatt and I opened up the building in preparation for a very busy "Do the Right Thing" - otherwise it was a very quiet.  We don't get the FOH blog, so Ian didn't know about the grease trap back up, which caused some confusion this morning. Vlad said he would get to the drain in theaters 1/2 another day since today was a literal washout.-LB I put signs up to tell people to not put bags on the top of the ice machines, not considering the language barrier of Markenson etc.  I went through it with him after he replaced the boxes because he is so thorough, I believe he understood what I meant. -LB Timothy needs to get a run down about wearing an ear piece, he left his walkie on the water station, didn't even realize it. Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper. Manager Communication: Slow night at the bar, but The WOrst Person opened pretty big which was nice to see.  BAR Staff Observations: Everyone did great. Was able to get Jenn and Jo out earlyish.  FOH Staff Observations: Solid crew tonight, no issues on my end.  86ed / counts on items: Tecate Prep List : Should be all prepped up going in to tomorrow. We will probably need hot toddy at some point, but no urgency.  Over/Short on Banks: Lobby bar was $10 short.  Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: Manhattan did not come in this week, so we did not get tecate or high life. Our rep is following up.
