Manager Communication: Jenn stayed and we did some R&D. Menu is really coming together, I've very pleased. Some real bangers.  -GS

Customer Comments: Trees was steady. I probably should have kept Patrick a bit longer, but we made due. -GS

BAR Staff Observations: Matthew is the MVP. Just crushing. He does a really great job of steading the ship. Charlie jumped right into service and was like "lets go" (I doubt he said those words- but thats what his actions were saying. It was great to see) -GS

FOH Staff Observations: Torie was crushing it tonight. Great attitude. There was some sadness behind those eyes, but he got a ton done for the team. I gave him a token. -GS

Maintenance: Okay- this pains me to report. But the ice machine in trees was wonky tonight. It was giving me a #2 warning and a B (full bin) when the bin was totally not full. I reset it a few times and it started working. Then it went right back to what was happening. I took the machine apart and cleaned the flaps, they are sitting fine now, machine is back and running. Keep me posted if this is a problem tomorrow. -GS

Manager Communication: Wyatt and I opened up the building in preparation for a very busy "Do the Right Thing" - otherwise it was a very quiet.  We don't get the FOH blog, so Ian didn't know about the grease trap back up, which caused some confusion this morning. Vlad said he would get to the drain in theaters 1/2 another day since today was a literal washout.-LB I put signs up to tell people to not put bags on the top of the ice machines, not considering the language barrier of Markenson etc.  I went through it with him after he replaced the boxes because he is so thorough, I believe he understood what I meant. -LB Timothy needs to get a run down about wearing an ear piece, he left his walkie on the water station, didn't even realize it. Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper. Nick Friday 2/11

Manager Communication: Slow night at the bar, but The WOrst Person opened pretty big which was nice to see.  BAR Staff Observations: Everyone did great. Was able to get Jenn and Jo out earlyish.  FOH Staff Observations: Solid crew tonight, no issues on my end.  86ed / counts on items: Tecate Prep List : Should be all prepped up going in to tomorrow. We will probably need hot toddy at some point, but no urgency.  Over/Short on Banks: Lobby bar was $10 short.  Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: Manhattan did not come in this week, so we did not get tecate or high life. Our rep is following up.
