Manager Communication: Gus and I went over Goodfellas FF and will get back on that once this menu is fully flipped, but our passion for it is making quick work of it. -LB

Gus, Lauren and I went full Tetris on some items in the liquor room to clear space for the impending construction. We've got a whole load of stuff placed in the back corner where the wine and events water bottles used to be stacked up, and everything cleared out and ready (and usable!) while they continue to work. Great team effort! - IP

BAR Staff Observations: 
Tevon gets game ball tonight - he stuck around later than he would have normally had to on a slow Tuesday to help Gab with the after-special bar push. They kept drinking, so it kept the lounge nice and busy. Greg had a very chill evening in the lobby. - IP

FOH Staff Observations:
Michael is a great server and I'm thrilled that Kyle was training with him. - IP

Hiring/Training:
Kyle seemed to be fitting in nicely! - IP

Special Events? Stolen Kingdom

This was a great crowd for an otherwise very sleepy Tuesday. Very thirsty at Trees before the show and had a legit drink rush at the pass - and also came out afterwards to hang. Good stuff! - IP

Manager Communication: Wyatt and I opened up the building in preparation for a very busy "Do the Right Thing" - otherwise it was a very quiet.  We don't get the FOH blog, so Ian didn't know about the grease trap back up, which caused some confusion this morning. Vlad said he would get to the drain in theaters 1/2 another day since today was a literal washout.-LB I put signs up to tell people to not put bags on the top of the ice machines, not considering the language barrier of Markenson etc.  I went through it with him after he replaced the boxes because he is so thorough, I believe he understood what I meant. -LB Timothy needs to get a run down about wearing an ear piece, he left his walkie on the water station, didn't even realize it. Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper. Manager Communication: Slow night at the bar, but The WOrst Person opened pretty big which was nice to see.  BAR Staff Observations: Everyone did great. Was able to get Jenn and Jo out earlyish.  FOH Staff Observations: Solid crew tonight, no issues on my end.  86ed / counts on items: Tecate Prep List : Should be all prepped up going in to tomorrow. We will probably need hot toddy at some point, but no urgency.  Over/Short on Banks: Lobby bar was $10 short.  Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: Manhattan did not come in this week, so we did not get tecate or high life. Our rep is following up.
