Manager Communication: Something worth noting in the bartender email: no personal items in the bar lowboys. Earlier this week Lydia left wings in the fridge and today I found Natasha's celsius. -LB

I moved the Swamp thing to the top shelf at Trees Lounge and positioned the bottles evenly across.-LB
I submitted an order on Wednesday for chlorophyll from Amazon for the Anemone drink special, if someone could approve it or let me know so I can plan accordingly. -LB

Extremely slow Sunday - ran with one bartender at each bar after the dinner round. Gonna be slow tomorrow too - but the Troll 2 screening should be a fun crowd. - IP

FOH Staff Observations:
Lanie was wonderful as support this evening, jumping around all the theaters whenever/wherever we needed her. - IP

Bar  Staff Observations:
It was newbie day in the lobby with Nia handing things off to Charlie - they did a really good job! I think they both could stand to make it a priority to not get sucked into socializing at the pass and missing things that should be getting accomplished a little more than they did today, but it was unusually slow - so there wasn't much to worry about anyway. All in all staff morale was great for a pretty boring Sunday. It was really nice to see Patrick after a little hiatus - welcome back, Patty-Cakes!  - IP   

I just want to give Jeshua a particular shout out. He's a machine - but we already knew that - what I was most impressed by tonight was how much more personable he seems with guests and coworkers alike. It's really nice, because he's one of the strongest members of our bar team and I want him to feel appreciated and comfortable, and it seems like he's loosening up a little bit. - IP

Tomorrow we should batch one last (probably?) round of Violet, some more T-Wrangler and probably more FroCo (if the bars aren't fully stocked up) - but sales continue to be slow, so we are not flying through product by any means. 

R&D comp checks: A box of ginger ale fell and popped in Lobby bar. I rang in $55 to spillage. -LB

dorna.mu@gmail.com left a jade ring at the Gianmarco Soresi special screening. Came to check - told her if it turns up we'll contact her. - IP

Manager Communication: Wyatt and I opened up the building in preparation for a very busy "Do the Right Thing" - otherwise it was a very quiet.  We don't get the FOH blog, so Ian didn't know about the grease trap back up, which caused some confusion this morning. Vlad said he would get to the drain in theaters 1/2 another day since today was a literal washout.-LB I put signs up to tell people to not put bags on the top of the ice machines, not considering the language barrier of Markenson etc.  I went through it with him after he replaced the boxes because he is so thorough, I believe he understood what I meant. -LB Timothy needs to get a run down about wearing an ear piece, he left his walkie on the water station, didn't even realize it. Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper. Nick Friday 2/11

Manager Communication: Slow night at the bar, but The WOrst Person opened pretty big which was nice to see.  BAR Staff Observations: Everyone did great. Was able to get Jenn and Jo out earlyish.  FOH Staff Observations: Solid crew tonight, no issues on my end.  86ed / counts on items: Tecate Prep List : Should be all prepped up going in to tomorrow. We will probably need hot toddy at some point, but no urgency.  Over/Short on Banks: Lobby bar was $10 short.  Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: Manhattan did not come in this week, so we did not get tecate or high life. Our rep is following up.
