Manager Communication: Stacked team today. Jenn crushed inventory. Jared opened the building. Jess and Rebecca on Admin. I was mostly in my prison (the new liquor room)
I'm bringing a bunch of liquors from here over to NWB. - AB2

I moved the trash cans from the liquor room into the main prep area where they usually lived. I did this because Vlad suggested since the other porters would not know to look in there. If we wanna change the location of the cans I'm down to communicate to them but figured we'll know for sure when everything is done. - AB2

Just an FYI, the outlets are a lil finicky in the liquor room. If you're having trouble just press the restart button on the outlet and it'll be all good. - AB2

BAR Staff Observations: Tevon and Charlie did a good job opening the building.
Gabrielle, Matthew, and Natasha crushed it today. So much so that Torey told Matthew and Natasha that they absolutely killed it and that he appreciated having them tonight. - AB2

Maintenance: No more construction till Monday. I moved a lot of the syrups into the lowboy in the liquor room. Lets rethink what goes in there when this is all done

Mobilebytes Issues:
Tree's was unable to print the checkout at the end of the night. It said "printing failed." I think this was due to the printer being out of paper in the middle of the shift and peeps trying to close out multiple guests under that POS. I just looked it up in Mobilebytes and we were able to see cash owed just fine. - AB2

Manager Communication: Wyatt and I opened up the building in preparation for a very busy "Do the Right Thing" - otherwise it was a very quiet.  We don't get the FOH blog, so Ian didn't know about the grease trap back up, which caused some confusion this morning. Vlad said he would get to the drain in theaters 1/2 another day since today was a literal washout.-LB I put signs up to tell people to not put bags on the top of the ice machines, not considering the language barrier of Markenson etc.  I went through it with him after he replaced the boxes because he is so thorough, I believe he understood what I meant. -LB Timothy needs to get a run down about wearing an ear piece, he left his walkie on the water station, didn't even realize it. Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper. Manager Communication: Slow night at the bar, but The WOrst Person opened pretty big which was nice to see.  BAR Staff Observations: Everyone did great. Was able to get Jenn and Jo out earlyish.  FOH Staff Observations: Solid crew tonight, no issues on my end.  86ed / counts on items: Tecate Prep List : Should be all prepped up going in to tomorrow. We will probably need hot toddy at some point, but no urgency.  Over/Short on Banks: Lobby bar was $10 short.  Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: Manhattan did not come in this week, so we did not get tecate or high life. Our rep is following up.
