Manager Communication: Regarding Jenn's hypothesis of a dilute frozen coke, I would guess that is the cause since there has been no breaking of the small coke syrups in the walk-in that were there on Wednesday. I dumped the rest of the dilute batch and made more-LB
I have ended the run of mayo/ketchup at Trees Lounge. If we need to have ketchup behind the bar, perhaps we can become part of the runner distribution of ketchup daily. I found an undated possibly vegan garlic dressing in the lowboy at Trees so now the ketchup/mayo simplicity has ended.-LB
I tapped a Frizzante keg that was leaking gas. It needs to get picked up by CWD? I had this issue a lot at Caveat with the wine kegs, every so often the plastic piece comes off that should block the gas.-LB
Broke a 1.75 L of Tequila that then dripped into kitchen from liquor room. If a box is water damaged, broken etc, put that side out so it is visible. This just fell out of the box when I pulled it out and broke.-LB

Put freshly made FroCo in the machine and have had no issues. Chelsea and Dion killed it tonight. Super chill evening all around. - IP

BAR Staff Observations: Pushed Charlie to 4pm and he will close Lobby bar-LB 
Maya and Greg rocked a busy Sundays with Fire. Natasha got the early cut when Charlie got in since she is still not feeling 100%.-LB

Charlie closed the lobby - walked him through some of the steps, and left him to his own devices with the lobby close checklist. He's doing great. Got Greg outta here right at 7:30 and Jeshua handled a pretty sleepy Trees lounge solo. - IP

Sick Leave/ Call outs: Patrick is sick, as of last night he was going to try and get Monday covered, I will touch base with him.  I told Patrick to put his shift in the chat if he can't work it. I think Maya is going to pick it up if he is still sick, will confirm. (Natasha is also available if needed)-LB

Special Events? Tropic Thunder.  Sundays on Fire. -LB

86ed / counts on items: Demon Slayer is 86ed, will get more Yuzu tomorrow. Delicate game of keeping an eye on the inventory. -LB

The only thing for tomorrow is the Demonslayer special (as noted) and more honey syrup. I made everything else we needed at the end of the night tonight - should be ready to roll into the week! - IP

Mobilebytes Issues: If there is a way to coordinate two items on the same inventory depletion so specials like the Demon Slayer specials can have a count on them.-LB

Manager Communication: Wyatt and I opened up the building in preparation for a very busy "Do the Right Thing" - otherwise it was a very quiet.  We don't get the FOH blog, so Ian didn't know about the grease trap back up, which caused some confusion this morning. Vlad said he would get to the drain in theaters 1/2 another day since today was a literal washout.-LB I put signs up to tell people to not put bags on the top of the ice machines, not considering the language barrier of Markenson etc.  I went through it with him after he replaced the boxes because he is so thorough, I believe he understood what I meant. -LB Timothy needs to get a run down about wearing an ear piece, he left his walkie on the water station, didn't even realize it. Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper. Manager Communication: Slow night at the bar, but The WOrst Person opened pretty big which was nice to see.  BAR Staff Observations: Everyone did great. Was able to get Jenn and Jo out earlyish.  FOH Staff Observations: Solid crew tonight, no issues on my end.  86ed / counts on items: Tecate Prep List : Should be all prepped up going in to tomorrow. We will probably need hot toddy at some point, but no urgency.  Over/Short on Banks: Lobby bar was $10 short.  Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: Manhattan did not come in this week, so we did not get tecate or high life. Our rep is following up.
