Manager Communication:
The chenin chard keg was weird when I tapped it. Luckily I was going to show Vlad something in the walk-in and it had leaked all over the ground. I untapped it and it exploded in my face. So it definitely has bacteria in it. We should get a credit for it. I have 86ed it in the system.

I believe whatever had spilled on the ground was run-off from the spout that fills the bottle affixed to the wall that fills when we tap new kegs. When I went to change a Sauv-Blanc keg to refill the fob, the little black plastic hose was not in the bottle and was spilling directly onto the floor of the walk-in. This isn't a usual problem, someone probably just forgot.

Tonight was quite busy in the theaters and at Trees. The football games kept some people hanging out before and after the sold out OBAA's. - IP

Temporarily the lobby bar has all ground coffee bags, since we are in flux upstairs, it seemed better.-LB

BAR Staff Observations:
Daytime Jeshua is obviously also an AWESOME Jeshua. He is a great brunch machine. Cut Jeshua around 4:15. Greg and him crushed some major rounds. Patrick is a welcome relief.
Natasha as expected held down the lobby without issue, Charlie came at 4:30 ahead of the downstairs dinner rush and Nat will be released as soon as that is over. -LB

Team crushed as per usual. Charlie did a really good job in lobby tonight. Asked the right questions and was on top of all of his rushes. Was nice to have Maya here for a Sunday close! She and Patrick work very well together. Got Greg out of here right at 8p, and after the dinner rush it was smooth sailing. - IP

FOH Staff Observations:
Tiffany handled a really trying shift in theater 5 with good humor and aplomb. I feel like she is a magnet for the most difficult customers and she always handles her business super professionally. Excellent team member. - IP

86ed / counts on items:

Sangiovese, Chenin chard, Are You Not Entertained, Hinokami Kagura (til tomorrow), Pistolero, Rebel w a cause -- all 86'd

Suite 55 - 29

Prep List:
Tea, 2 Lemonades, bloody mix, bamboo Lounge, half Violet.

TO BATCH: We will need bloody concentrate ASAP used the last one today.
OF keg, Marg keg (I didn't clean it since we don't really have a good situation for this today)
Moneypenny is empty for next menu.

Good on the staples - bars are well stocked, but walk-in is sparse - openers can make the call about half-batches on anything we might need for No-Budge tomorrow night, but given numbers for tomorrow (aside from No-Budge) there will be time to get prepped before we need anything. - IP

Pay Outs:
$10.25 5460 oranges

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping:
Baldor and US foods.

Maintenance:
trying to locate a leak in the janitor closet. We have, it is in doc. Urinal in men's room at Trees is leaking.
Frozen machine at trees is frozen over.-LB

I kept the Violet tank on "COLD" for the evening after it totally froze up, and that seemed to keep that particular cocktail in good shape to serve (as it never got warmed up enough to fully defrost). I assume the alcohol content of the Firewalk is what prevents it from seizing up as much as the other Frozens - something to consider next time we make a frozen drink (trying to match the BRIX of the Firewalk, as it seems impervious to over-freezing). - IP
