Manager Communication: We were ready for the post-comedy bump but it was pretty chill. Nia paused mid-lobby close to be ready to come up if we needed her, but it was all good. Thanks for the clever suggestion fellow bar managers.-LB
 
Customer Comments: It is fun watching Trees/NH cultivate regulars. John, a man who likes margaritas, comes to most of the Monday screenings. Love to see it.-LB 

BAR Staff Observations: Maya and Lydia like working together too much. They need to share their magnetism with customers. I noted this to them. Happy to see them vibing, just want them to spread joy and keep up with bar service needs.-LB
Nia needed a reminder to bring the gate down and some help. Michael was helping but then the POS was in the way so I had them stop the gate. It wasn't working, but I used a trick I have learned and reset it by holding down both buttons. Nia is doing great just the routine stuff that is slowly gonna become second nature.-LB

FOH Staff Observations: Raekwon leading the pack. Erika and Quetzie working it. Everyone supporting each other, felt like a good spot to be in today, great climate to introduce Omar to our vibes.-LB

Hiring/Training: Omar seems like he has what it takes to succeed here. Nia is also assimilating well, she definitely had some needy customers before the special screening. I also pointed out some stuff that could be improved upon and she absorbed readily. I also went over closing out the lobby with Nia, money was on point. -LB

Sick Leave/ Call outs: Patrick is still sick.-LB

Maintenance: The lobby lowboy had not been leaking all week until today. So I will reach out to Day & Night after I also get the True parts ordered for the Trees lobby.-LB

Manager Communication: Wyatt and I opened up the building in preparation for a very busy "Do the Right Thing" - otherwise it was a very quiet.  We don't get the FOH blog, so Ian didn't know about the grease trap back up, which caused some confusion this morning. Vlad said he would get to the drain in theaters 1/2 another day since today was a literal washout.-LB I put signs up to tell people to not put bags on the top of the ice machines, not considering the language barrier of Markenson etc.  I went through it with him after he replaced the boxes because he is so thorough, I believe he understood what I meant. -LB Timothy needs to get a run down about wearing an ear piece, he left his walkie on the water station, didn't even realize it. Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper. Manager Communication: Slow night at the bar, but The WOrst Person opened pretty big which was nice to see.  BAR Staff Observations: Everyone did great. Was able to get Jenn and Jo out earlyish.  FOH Staff Observations: Solid crew tonight, no issues on my end.  86ed / counts on items: Tecate Prep List : Should be all prepped up going in to tomorrow. We will probably need hot toddy at some point, but no urgency.  Over/Short on Banks: Lobby bar was $10 short.  Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: Manhattan did not come in this week, so we did not get tecate or high life. Our rep is following up.
