Monday 9/22/25 Gus/Ariel

Manager Communication:
Gus handled all of the liquor room thangs. Shelf was broken down and put to the side. Lowboy has been wiped down and ready to go. That area Matthew needed clear by tonight is all good to go. - AB2

BAR Staff Observations:
I cut Greg and Jeshua early today. Jeshua around 7 and Greg around 8. Everything was dead besides the semi sold Troll 2. Lydia was great in Tree's and I rocked that out with them during the minor rush. Nia did her thing in Lobby. - AB2

FOH Staff Observations:
Sarah was everywhere today. She was just in a slow TH5 so she kept helping do support and flips for other theaters. Big shoutout to her today. - AB2

Hiring/Training:
Erika seemed hyped on her day 5 training with Omar. She said he was handling everything and doing well. - AB2

Sick Leave/ Call outs:
Feel better Lauren!! - AB2

Prep List:
Gus knocked out a Tornado W. and an OF keg.
The old fashioned keg that was leaking, was tightened with an OF batch made in it. Keep in mind in case it gives you any issues. - AB2

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping:
US Foods, Baldor, & To Rise came in. - Gus

Maintenance:
Nia told me that the lowboys in Lobby are still leaking.

Manager Communication: Wyatt and I opened up the building in preparation for a very busy "Do the Right Thing" - otherwise it was a very quiet.  We don't get the FOH blog, so Ian didn't know about the grease trap back up, which caused some confusion this morning. Vlad said he would get to the drain in theaters 1/2 another day since today was a literal washout.-LB I put signs up to tell people to not put bags on the top of the ice machines, not considering the language barrier of Markenson etc.  I went through it with him after he replaced the boxes because he is so thorough, I believe he understood what I meant. -LB Timothy needs to get a run down about wearing an ear piece, he left his walkie on the water station, didn't even realize it. Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper. Manager Communication: Slow night at the bar, but The WOrst Person opened pretty big which was nice to see.  BAR Staff Observations: Everyone did great. Was able to get Jenn and Jo out earlyish.  FOH Staff Observations: Solid crew tonight, no issues on my end.  86ed / counts on items: Tecate Prep List : Should be all prepped up going in to tomorrow. We will probably need hot toddy at some point, but no urgency.  Over/Short on Banks: Lobby bar was $10 short.  Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: Manhattan did not come in this week, so we did not get tecate or high life. Our rep is following up.
