Manager Communication: 
Another beautiful day outside, which means another relatively mellow day inside NPP. JH

It stayed a clunker. We put on the US Open, which was fun for guests, but it never got above steady. We cut Gabrielle as Spoons opened. Very chill night, minus one thing.

Customer Comments: During the dinner rush I got a report from Patrick via a guest that there was a lady whos hair was on fire. Things were generally pretty chill so I was surprised by this report, however, I went on the other side of the pass and it had a thick stench of that unique smell. Someone had definitely lit their hair on fire. But they were gone. Someone pointed out where they were sitting so I waited just to make sure they were good. They came back to their seat and were very indignant. They yelled at the guy next to them, then told me they were fine and ran off back to the bathroom again. I made sure the neighboring guest was okay, they were, and continued to see what was up. They went into the Women's  restroom, so I called the only female identifying manager we had on duty tonight, which was Chelsea. Chelsea went into the bathroom, assessed the situation quite well I must say. I do believe the guest suffered from some sort of mental health issues and  Chelsea identified what was going on and the best way to no escalate the issue. The guest insisted on staying and ordering and did have money to pay for what they ordered, so we honored the order and Chelsea and Dwight tag teamed making sure they were in a place where they would be at Trees. It got to a point where it was time for them to go for the sake of the business and Chelsea and Dwight handled the situation with grace. It was def a wild situation that I thought might get out of hand, but I was proven wrong and chaos was avoided.   

BAR Staff Observations: 
Matthew took the cut, as ticket sales did not call for two closers at Trees.  7Shifts has been updated.  Tevon is going to get the early cut and will do his prep shift tonight. JH

FOH Staff Observations: Jay crushed it tonight. I found out he likes tennis. 

Special Events: I would have loved a special event tonight.

Lost & Found?: 
A guest came to Trees looking for a lost credit card that they believe they left behind in Th4 after its first round screening yesterday, 09.03.  It did not turn up in the office or in the theater, so I took her information and told her we will reach out should it turn up.

Maintenance: The Three's Fob needs to be changed. I don't know what is wrong with it. Its gone on long enough.

Manager Communication: Wyatt and I opened up the building in preparation for a very busy "Do the Right Thing" - otherwise it was a very quiet.  We don't get the FOH blog, so Ian didn't know about the grease trap back up, which caused some confusion this morning. Vlad said he would get to the drain in theaters 1/2 another day since today was a literal washout.-LB I put signs up to tell people to not put bags on the top of the ice machines, not considering the language barrier of Markenson etc.  I went through it with him after he replaced the boxes because he is so thorough, I believe he understood what I meant. -LB Timothy needs to get a run down about wearing an ear piece, he left his walkie on the water station, didn't even realize it. Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper. Nick Friday 2/11

Manager Communication: Slow night at the bar, but The WOrst Person opened pretty big which was nice to see.  BAR Staff Observations: Everyone did great. Was able to get Jenn and Jo out earlyish.  FOH Staff Observations: Solid crew tonight, no issues on my end.  86ed / counts on items: Tecate Prep List : Should be all prepped up going in to tomorrow. We will probably need hot toddy at some point, but no urgency.  Over/Short on Banks: Lobby bar was $10 short.  Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: Manhattan did not come in this week, so we did not get tecate or high life. Our rep is following up.
