Manager Communication: I would like to suggest a new protocol. Frozen coke that has been batched should be transferred to 4 quart screw lid. This is to stop any accidental second dilution of the Froco. The machine did the white frozen thing again. I tasted it, it tasted slightly weak. I could not find the Brixometer because the liquor room is a chaos den at the moment. If we do this, at least we have a better starting point to figure out what might be going on. I burned the froco in that machine and am going to leave it empty for now. -LB
Jeremy was getting something from Webstaurant so I tacked on a ROUND 12 Q CAMBRO that we can use exclusively for Coke syrup in addition to the 4 quart system. This will be easier for storing the mixed froco directly in front of the coke syrup bin.
Ian cleared out the bar prep lowboy. I cleaned and bleached the inside of the lowboy. Keeping it plugged in otherwise it will get gross. If it can also be plugged back in upon moving into the liquor room to prevent the gnarliest smell. -LB
Just a note on the lowboy contents - the vermouths etc. are in a bus tubs next to the Saratogas, the bloody Mary garnishes and ingredients are on the top shelf next to the frozen purees, and the bloody Mary mix is on the bottom shelf with the other N/A bevvies - Lauren left a handy note on the lowboy fridge door and the walk-in fridge door, to hopefully allay any confusion. - IP

Maintenance: bleached and scrubbed bar prep sinks and drying rack. Maya defrosted the Trees freezer without me asking her to. Love to see a proactive tasker. -LB
BAR Staff Observations:
Cut Matthew's shift this morning. Pushed up a few bartender's in-times, so that way openers weren't primed for super long shifts. Greg got pushed to 2:00pm, Jeshua to 4:30pm, & Charlie to 5:00pm. 7Shifts updated. JH
Natasha is cut from tomorrow. Nia will open Lobby, Maya will open Trees, Patrick is the lone mid and I pulled the closers back to normal in time. Will make sure everyone knows. -LB

Pretty uneventful night. Greg stuck around to help through a little dinner round Trees pop, but got out of here shortly after 8p. Jeshua handled the lobby solo and Gab and Charlie made easy work of Trees. - IP

Staff Meeting Agenda notes:
A rep from Juliette came by to drop off a gift, I believe it is a jam they are making for the fall. It's in a paper bag on top of the bar prep lowboy, and has a loaf of bread and jam accompaniments. JH
Prep List:
Caught us up on some FWWM and Lemonade this morning, all other batches appeared suitably stocked behind both bars for the first few rounds of service. JH
All of the Concord grapes are in a cambro in the walk-in next to the ST&B bus bin. I will use them to make syrup for the upcoming menu on Wednesday. Lauren, if you could please order a 1 gallon jug of maple syrup from US Foods to arrive on Wednesday I would really appreciate it. JH
I made some Froco.
We are backed up on Marg and negroni kegs, and I made more bloody mix and Iced tea. Keep eyes on the special tomorrow morning, and also potentially Violet and T-Wrangler. - IP

Natasha pulled all the coupes at Lobby bar and we deep cleaned the racks with bleach. I will try to make this happen tomorrow for all of the glass holding racks from the Trees lowboys.-LB

The card readers at Trees momentarily stopped working this evening - when I checked, it was because the white card reader at the far end of Trees had gone to sleep - at least that is what I surmised when I woke up the white card reader, everything went back to normal. Just something to keep an eye out for if it happens again. - IP
