Manager Communication: We might be able to cut Natasha or Matthew for tomorrow night (Matthew volunteered again) He also noted he would open if Gab wanted to close.   We have the dream team for the early round They Live rush, however Tevon does have tickets and would like to go, so if the maths math. Make it math? LB

I think we probably don't need a batch shift for Friday, if someone wants to make the call on that tomorrow.-LB

The maths have been mathed and 7Shifts has been updated for tomorrow's schedule.  Gabrielle took the cut and Matthew will open Trees in her stead.  I also gave Natasha a heads up that she will be closing Trees solo tomorrow. JH

BAR Staff Observations: 
Another mellow weekend evening, so both openers were out of here well before the end of the second round.  Jeshua and Gabrielle closed each of the bars without issue. JH

Special Events? 
The run club came through this evening, and were lovely as usual.  About a dozen folks, mostly beer orders, and out after one or two rounds.  The heads up was appreciated by the bartenders. JH

The special screening in Th2 definitely had a bit of pre-show crowd at Trees, but not too many stuck around post-screening.  There was no DJ set. JH

Staff Meeting Agenda notes: 
Trees bartenders pointed out that the current Mystery Cocktail on the whiteboard at Trees is a daiquiri, with rum being bartender's choice.  Should we narrow down the rum selection?  I worry that with our selection on the backbar, and some very fresh faces behind the bar, these MC daiquiris may ocassionally be too good of a deal.  We didn't sell any tonight, so I just let bartenders know that I would pass the question on to the bar manager group and let them know tomorrow. JH

Prep List: 
Tevon batched up some FWWM before he left.  Moneypenny kicked during the second round, but I do not know if we should batch another one since we are so close to menu change.  Maybe we can look at sales and make a half-sized batch over the weekend. JH

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: Sarene arrived. Got a keg of Optimal wit and chenin blanc from NWB.-LB

US foods coming Friday Baldor coming tomorrow.-LB

Maintenance: 
The soda gun in the Trees service pass was giving us some issues during service.  The Coke, in particular, was pouring very syrup heavy, which was affecting the carbonation.  We disconnected and reconnected the line after clearing it, and the filters have been recently changed, so we were unable to pinpoint the reason.  No other guns were affected.  Since it is slow, we decided to use the other guns, and give the service pass gun a deep cleaning.  I'll check on it tomorrow morning when I get in, and will reach out to Coke if the problem persists. JH

The deep clean seemed to do the trick, and the soda gun was back to normal around 8:00pm.  I'll still give it a check tomorrow. JH

Manager Communication: Wyatt and I opened up the building in preparation for a very busy "Do the Right Thing" - otherwise it was a very quiet.  We don't get the FOH blog, so Ian didn't know about the grease trap back up, which caused some confusion this morning. Vlad said he would get to the drain in theaters 1/2 another day since today was a literal washout.-LB I put signs up to tell people to not put bags on the top of the ice machines, not considering the language barrier of Markenson etc.  I went through it with him after he replaced the boxes because he is so thorough, I believe he understood what I meant. -LB Timothy needs to get a run down about wearing an ear piece, he left his walkie on the water station, didn't even realize it. Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper. Manager Communication: Slow night at the bar, but The WOrst Person opened pretty big which was nice to see.  BAR Staff Observations: Everyone did great. Was able to get Jenn and Jo out earlyish.  FOH Staff Observations: Solid crew tonight, no issues on my end.  86ed / counts on items: Tecate Prep List : Should be all prepped up going in to tomorrow. We will probably need hot toddy at some point, but no urgency.  Over/Short on Banks: Lobby bar was $10 short.  Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: Manhattan did not come in this week, so we did not get tecate or high life. Our rep is following up.
