Tuesday 07.30 Dana/Ariel

Manager Communication: Good start to the day overall for both bars. Bryan had a lot of walkins as doors open so I supported him until that line died down a bit and Lydia was more than able to handle Trees solo for the moment. During the second round drinks were rolling in while a crowd came to Trees but at that time we had Ian in the Lobby and Bryan upstairs to push through the beginning of the rush. - DL Brought out the Ca' Bolani to each bar and put the other prosecco in the walk in. - AB2 BAR Staff Observations: Bryan kept it gangsta and was solo in lobby while Ian was batching. I got little to no calls at all. He felt like someone that has been working here a while. - AB2 Lydia and Natasha were rockin' things in Trees. We had a couple busy rounds and pushes both from theaters and also just guests hanging out at the bar. - AB2 FOH Staff Observations: Gonna keep this easy. Homie Abe is not it. I have heard from multiple servers that they are not fans. Homie trembles when he ...

Monday 07.29 Dana/Nicole

Manager Communication: Busy but very calm night. I came in during a busy round one after Bryan and Darius opened up the bars and it looked as if a bar manager was there. -DL BAR Staff Observations:  Bryan has the hang of opening up lobby bar and took the initiative to fix a leaning shelf that hold pint glasses. Wrench in hand at that. With Ian leaving us (sad-face) we should start the discussion of a new lead and I want to say with more training in the Nitehawk policies he would me my fast track candidate for it.   FOH Staff Observations: Hiring/Training: Nicole came in for her first manager training shift today. I have my full feedback for day one noted to share at the meeting tomorrow. A lot of pros and some cons on her behalf and ours.  I told her she could go home a bit early due to her not feeling well from family meal. Going to note that  Tevon also said he wasn't feeling too good after eating the pasta so nothing against her.  -DL 86ed / counts on...

Sunday 07.28 Dana/Ariel

Manager Communication: Busy first rounds with Deadpool in the big theaters. Lobby had a lot of action with the kid movies which made pint glasses run low along with the close flips. Had a good amount of people ordering drinks from Lobby bar which did cause a quick bottleneck but Maya was able to handle it well until we got her support. -DL We brought out the 1 rack of pint glasses that was hanging in the liquor room near the FF racks. - AB2 BAR Staff Observations: Natasha and Tevon crushed service from some busy theaters on the early side of the day. Never slowed down even when a crowd joined them at the bar. Kelsey was able to hop in and give support without missing a beat. -DL Kelsey crushed it in the pass during the TH1 and TH2 soldout rounds. Darius was great and I did not have to worry about anything in Lobby because he crushed it solo. Tevon was good on having hands, batching, finding glassware, and helping out wherever he could. Jeshua kept it gangsta in Trees and had a smooth...

Saturday 07.27 Jenn/Dana/Ariel

Manager Communication:  The people want to see Deadpool and have been lining up in front of the gate before we open for the last three days.  Had the Olympics on at Trees Lounge today, and that definitely helped Trees nurse a post-movie crowd once the second round big theaters let out.  American Tail  and The Sting both did well, with Deadpool leading the pack.  Twisters is consistently selling out its smaller theaters, and Despicable Me also got pretty busy in its earlier screenings. JH I found 36 bottles of High Life in the liquor room so I had Darius stock everything to Trees and Lobby. AB2 We ran through all of our Tepache and are now rocking Ginger Ale for the Deadpool special. AB2 We have a keg of the N/A Spritz but need to charge it tomorrow. AB2 Customer Comments: This ladies card got lost in TH1 at seat 1819. I spoke with her briefly because she was in a rush. I got her name, number and email so we can contact her. Jared has more in the FOH blog be...

Friday 07.26 Jenn/Ashley

Manager Communication: Tonight was wild. The pacing became very difficult at the end of the night. 4&6 were very sold last round with TH1 pushing nonstop at the same time, all while doing our best to cut the openers. Hopefully this works out a little more smoothly tomorrow with the extra rounds. AB  Haven't been scheduled my Exit Interview but I have a lot to say if anyone wants to listen. Anyway it has been the upmost pleasure serving Nitehawk in all the miscellaneous capacities. I've learned a lot and I hope I've instilled a lot as well. Choose the higher road, cherish and appreciate the staff, and the soul of Nitehawk Prospect Park will surely return. Goodbye forever, x o x o. AB BAR Staff Observations: So absolutely proud of the whole team tonight. Bryan has really gotten comfortable and confident here. Gabrielle and Maya took turns holding down the pass. Tevon showed Nicole all things Lobby/Filmbot at the start of the day, and showed her the ropes on prep before l...

Thursday 07.25 Dana/Ashley

Manager Communication: Deadpool &Wolverine got us off to a strong start today. People lining up outside before doors. Ian was able to kill the first round with very little support and Tevon got us up on fruit and juices while it was mellow at lobby bar. -DL Ian was a true lead today, helping Nicole understand the in and outs and helping keep up with busy tickets alongside her learning curve. He also verbaled his 2 week notice to Dana and myself, and I mentioned for him to write an email as well. This is an absolute heartbreaker, and his presence will be longed for. AB Deadpool is a crowd-pleaser, with theater applauses heard throughout the world. Glassware was tight but not impossible. I would recommend breaking out our rocks glasses tomorrow and ordering more this week. AB Customer Comments: That woman mentioned in FOH blog that had food spilled on her and we decided to give passes for called Morgan a "fucking idiot". Can we be a little more patient in these moments and...

Wednesday 07.24 Dana

Manager Communication: Calm day. Busy theaters but the pacing of everything made it smooth. The floor and bartenders were already set up for success by the time I got here so big thanks to the opening team. -DL BAR Staff Observations: Reminder for bartenders to not put mutiple salt/sugars in the same tray. I spoke to Jeshua today about having the chili salt and kosher salt both in the same tray during service. I also spoke to Lydia about this yesterday but it appears to be an issue with more than one bartender. FOH Staff Observations: Mary Grace was on-top of running drinks during the later rounds. We never found the need to call to Th4 or Th6 to pick up their drinks with her running them.  Sick Leave/ Call outs: Jenn contacted me early this morning not feeling well. Flagged sick in 7shifts.  Over/Short on Banks: Pay Outs: 7076-FOH- $11- Ground Ginger  Maintenance: Water spigot at Trees is still down. Bartenders still filling up carafe.

Tuesday 07.23 Jenn/Dana/Ashley

Manager Communication: Very productive Tuesday night for the bar squad. Lydia & Maya set up the bars beautifully. Once closers got in we knocked out some busy drink pushes between TH1&2 as well as Teknolust sold out in TH3. Ian was a true gem in Lobby, and Jeshua slayed Trees solo. The DJ brought a humble, yet kind crowd. AB Went through all the pint glasses that were delivered incorrectly (left outside, found by our very own Vlad). More than one full case was broken in total, I gave Dana a heads up to ask for a better refund, since they offered to reimburse for just one. I ran them all through the wash, brought one rack into service and brought the other two to the liquor room. AB Made a quadruple batch of the Blood Orange Pineapple Syrup for Cue the Montague (Deadpool vs Wolverine). It yielded just under 6 quarts, and one batch calls for 42 oz. Should we bump up these specs a little bit? Going to need more Ground Ginger at some point as well, I used almost the last of kitchen...

Monday 07.22 Jenn

Manager Communication:  Pretty mellow first round, and the dinner round got both of the big theaters over one hundred tickets, which kept Trees bumping until the start of the last round.  Twisters in Th3 for the last round led the way in sales, and doesn't show any sign of slowing down at the moment, which will be nice for the weekdays.  Customer Comments:  Had a disruptive guest in lobby around 5:15pm.  He ordered a drink from Miguel, offered our Code of Conduct as payment, and then got increasingly agitated when Nick told him he had to leave.  He yelled and stomped around for a bit, stood in the doorway for a bit, and then went back and forth from across the street to the front of the building, and wrote some stuff in sharpie on our windows ('Fuck You,' 'Racist,' etc., Nathaniel took photos).  He kept walking back and forth across the street and trying to get in the building, so we ultimately had to lock the doors to keep him out while we waited for...

Sunday 07.21 Dana/Jenn

Manager Communication: Opening rounds had a lot of thirsty people. TH4 looked nonstop but Maya and Tevon were on top of it while dealing with the Volo team that came in this afternoon. Tevon was able to get a ton of batching completed soon as Kelsey got in at 2. -DL  Dinner rounds really filled out the larger theaters, and Longlegs won the last round in sales in Th2.  Trees crowd definitely dwindled by the time I routed the first floor at 10:15pm, and the night wrapped up pretty quickly after that. JH BAR Staff Observations:  Openers were able to get out of here shortly after I arrived, and both mids were able to get out of here once the third round was underway.  Darius closed Lobby without issue, and Jeshua had Bryan take the lead on pre-closing, so that he could get a better feel for it. JH FOH Staff Observations: LaShae came in with a ton of energy and was running trays and helping any where needed and possible. -DL Justine left an open tab at Trees.  It l...

Saturday 07.20 Jenn/Dana

Manager Communication:  Steady morning, with plenty of well-sold theaters in the first round.  Second round mellowed out in the bigger theaters, but nothing that was too steep.  Trees had a few waves of crowds throughout the day, which kept the bar busy. JH BAR Staff Observations: Darius, Gabriel and Lydia were great in trees, pushing through a lot of busy rounds with tight flips. A team energy. -DL FOH Staff Observations: I must say I'm a fan of Zahara. She was working with a good confidence when running drinks today. -DL  Hiring/Training:  Nicole came in at 5 to do a trail with Dana this evening.  Myself and Dana spoke with her a bit about the responsibilities of the role, and emphasized that while it is bar-focused, the majority of her shifts would be focused on in-service management as opposed to administrative work.  She got in just before dinner round began to kick off at Trees, so hopefully she has the opportunity to see service in action and ...

Friday 07.19 Jenn/Ashley

Manager Communication: The Tornado Wrangled this team together tonight. The Twisters/Longlegs back and forth in TH1 & TH2 was actually paced perfectly; we were able to keep up with stocks and glassware just fine, even though incredibly busy. Natasha came in and got right to prepping. Darius was able to go soon after. Tevon stuck around and handled the service pass up until the last round. Matthew & Natasha were wonderful, constantly moving and making every guest feel welcome. AB  Prep List: Peach Tea Concentrate, Grapes of Wrath Water. AB Ordering/Receiving/Shipping:  Baldor arriving tomorrow morning.  Stumptown arriving on Tuesday. JH

Thursday 07.18 Dana

Manager Communication: Calm day. Not much of a drinking crowd from the theaters but had a ton of people come to Trees before Shouting at the Screen FOH Staff Observations: The servers mentioned running low on trays due to a lot being thrown out due to being beat up or smelling terrible. I broke out a backup we had in the liquor room but should order more soon unless we have some more stashed away.  Hiring/Training: Bryan did his final day of training today and it was a Trees close with Ian and Natasha. I am completely ready with having gim go live. Sick Leave/ Call outs:  Ashley out sick. Flagged her shift.  86ed / counts on items: Prosecco 86'd  Prep List: Tomorrow should be a day to reup syrups as we knocked out a lot of batching today to prepare for the weekend. Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: Manhattan delivered today. They delivered it before 10 am and in the incorrect location, by the elevator outside of the manager office instead of the walkin. There was al...

Wednesday 07.17 Dana/Ashley

Manager Communication: The rain has truly cleansed us. Tonight was busy, we were short-staffed, and we did it well. Kelsey open/closed Lobby Bar which was a blessing. We routed right when the gate went down and all took turns covering for her so she could stock and pre-close. Matthew got necessity-batching done in the small window we had and crushed service at the pass for the remainder of the night. Jeshua ran laps around the bar. Longlegs & Set It Off had heavy drinking crowds before at Trees and in the theater. Large groups headed back to the bar after movies due to the storm which was nice for us as well. AB Sick Leave/ Call outs: Miguel contacted me early this morning saying he was not feeling well. Kelsey was the only person available so she came in early to do a double at Lobby bar. Miguel has been flagged sick in 7 shifts. -DL 86ed / counts on items: Prosecco 86'd. AB Prep List: Puritan, N/A Spritzer, Ecto Chiller, Mr. Downstairs. AB Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: Sou...

Tuesday 07.16 Dana/Jenn/Ashley

Manager Communication: Today was a C U Next Tuesday. Trivia was poppin' off once it started. Hosts pushed back the start time with the whole train debacle (electrical black-out/also issued plenty of E-Credits for folks who missed their movie). Tevon got some batching done and we swung Lydia upstairs to support TH1 Longlegs. Ian trained Bryan up in Lobby, which was a breeze. He focused on all things Filmbot & cash handling. I swung Bryan up for the last TH1 Longlegs push during Trivia to see him handle a very sold push with an event going on alongside. He is an awesome addition to our team. AB Customer Comments: See FOH blog for all the hot tea on tonight. The woman with diabetes medication issues and ambulances being called 100 times - Ian really went out of his way to comfort and alleviate any discomfort during a very scary time. She threw up in Lobby and as always I cleaned it. Just wondering if we should be adjusting porter times to later? There are plenty of situations late...

Monday 07.15 Jenn/Ariel

Manager Communication: The self service water station in Tree's just stayed flowing. I tried to tighten the screws... Nothing. I tried to loosen to see if I can adjust and maneuver to turn it off but... Nothing. I turned off the water so now nothing can come out of it. It is the water lever under the Tree's cocktails well. It is the water lever that is to the right and a lil higher up out of the two. - AB2 The dripper bottle for the cherry bitters broke in the middle of service. I got a new dripper bottle and split the bitters from lobby. I was unable to find any cherry bitters. We have plenty of the red dye. - AB2 BAR Staff Observations: Jeshua thugged it out solo in lobby all night, Tevon got us batched up, Lydia moved up to Tree's while Tevon was batching, and Darius stayed in Tree's all night and we had no issues. solid chill night. - AB2 FOH Staff Observations: Big fan of Mischa. He's just always killin' it. - AB2 Special Events? Volo ended up not coming th...

Sunday 07.14 Ashley

Manager Communication: Incredibly proud of our bar team this weekend. You could tell there's some burnout, but everyone hustled through every sold-out push, reset, and repeated. Longlegs is bringing in a drinking crowd before, during, and after. Miguel juiced for both bars since we were flying through cocktails. Maya was on her A game this morning in Trees. Tevon was literally anywhere we needed him to be. Kelsey took the pass for most of the PM rushes and absolutely crushed it. Jeshua kept the energy high to end a wacky night. Darius had plenty of sold-out shows solo in Lobby and needed no assistance. We pulled it all off because of each and every one of them. AB Volo stopped in this morning. We didn't have any specials for them per se, but they really enjoyed the brunch HH deals. They should be in again tomorrow, I prepared some menus so we could continue running through some of our extra product. AB Ice Machines at both bars are off and emptied for Dio cleaning tomorrow AM....

Saturday 11.13 Ashley/Dana

Manager Communication: Couldn't ask for a better team today! Maya & Natasha hit the ground running this morning. Matthew came and knocked out some syrup prep so Ian could dive in to Batch-Town later. Bryan came in for his Day 3 training and immediately started setting up Trees. He is going to fly through the rest of his training. His training is a little out of order since he's starting with all opening shifts and ending his training with all closing; just want to make sure he handles the closing checkout his next training day on Tuesday. AB Had a couple come to Trees asking for the skip-the-line stamp. Ian explained the concert today was just passes and the discounted drinks before because that's what I told bartenders going in (we had discussed it in the bar meeting this passed Tuesday). They showed me their email which confirmed it was a skip-the-line event. I called Gil to triple-check and we eventually confirmed it was. Had we known this, we would have pushed off ...

Friday 07.12 Jenn/Dana/Ariel

Manager Communication:  First round in Th1 jumped with walk-in sales during the first round, which hit Trees just as the PSP events began.  Ian handled both without issue, and Matthew slid into Trees just about fifteen minutes later.  Really good ticket sales for dinner round well before doors opened, with Long Legs proving very popular and MaXXXine hitting a steep drop off in sales. JH Matthew emptied the Firewalk on the far side of Trees (closer to restrooms). He said it chills even when on "cold" so he put water instead. AB2 You should start the morning tomorrow by batching Mr. Downstairs. This thing was FLYING off the shelves. I had Ian do a batch and we went through a bunch of that batch. AB2 The Summer Ale (BIG BOATTTT!!) price on the board was still at $7. I updated it back to $10 to reflect the menu and POS. AB2 Customer Comments: One guest in Tree's had waited for about an hour (according to them) for some Pretzel Dawgs. I rushed an order of the dawgs and broug...

Thursday 07.11 Dana/Ashley

Manager Communication: The keys for Lobby have reappeared but the keys for Trees are now missing. Think it's time to attach something a bit bigger to avoid them walking away so much. -DL The new normal we should be anticipating is a larger Trees Lounge presence from now on. Even when ticket sales take a little dip, Happy Hour has picked up some momentum which we love to see. Crowds are coming back post-movie. I've been pushing back stocks and batches to adjust, just noting for how/when we cut openers. Jeshua swung upstairs once the gate was down in Lobby to support another full bar crowd. AB  Mr. Downstairs is ready to go in the walk-in! The droppers are also made, on the Brunch Lowboy. AB Customer Comments: Had a group bee-line passed the bar and up into Mezz. I asked Dwight to keep an eye as well as myself. They ended up coming back down to order food. We checked upstairs a couple more times and everything seemed normal. Jeshua bussed Mezz before leaving and there were a bun...

Wednesday 07.10 Ashley/Jenn

Manager Communication:  Ticket sales definitely grew for the second and third rounds in the larger theaters, but they were all wrapped up by 11, so service definitely began to wind down around then.  A lot of our single-screening showings have also ticked up in day-of sales this past week, keeping all floors and both bars fairly active throughout service. JH BAR Staff Observations:  Once the dinner round was settled on the first floor, Kelsey did one last restock and Gabrielle was able to get out of here.  Matthew got some batching done and stuck around until just before the Castle of Cagliostro started in Th2, and Jeshua held down Trees with minimal assistance for the rest of the night.  His precloses are really regimented and he always has himself in good shape by the time last call rolls around. JH Hiring/Training:  Bryan is coming in tomorrow for Day 1 Training with Ian at Trees Lounge.  His MB login is set up, so he is good to clock in when he ar...

Tuesday 07.09 Jenn/Dana/Ashley

Manager Communication: Seemed like it was going to be a pretty easy-going Tuesday sans Trivia, but Trees was poppin' for most of the night. Darius & Lydia were a spectacular team. Ian got some batching done, and we were able to get Maya out right away. AB Lydia accidently broke the frozen machine handle in Trees (older frozen machine). Thankfully I had a spare in the liquor room and replaced it, but it was the last spare. The broken piece was very stiff, I have a feeling that piece hasn't been properly lubricated when taken apart on Monday nights. I'll follow up with Ariel who closes Monday's now to oversee frozen machine maintenance. AB One of the PPWSL teams (Jaguars, never seen them here before) stopped by today without a heads up, right after I cut all the opening bartenders. Obviously, all business is welcome, but hinders service if we can't anticipate the volume. AB BAR Staff Observations: Darius was so flexible and willing to do the most for his team. AB ...

Monday 07.08 Jenn/Ariel

Manager Communication:  Very mellow first round, which was welcomed by opening staff after a very hot and busy holiday weekend.  NoBudge dominated the second round, and brought a crowd to Trees both before and after the screening. JH The night rounds all went real smooth. Everyone was cool and worked well together. NoBudge had the busiest round which brought a fun Trees crowd before and after the showing. AB2 I will be taking the opened bottle of Pernod, and some Cherry Herring for Williamsburg. AB2 Customer Comments: An email was left by home girl I banned on Friday 7/05 to the NPP info mail. I read it over and feel what she was saying but there was no discrimination there. The bar team was Ian, Matthew, and Natasha and she also spoke with me so that's probably why she's saying these things... Since I am the bar manager that is here the least, I did not have a direct reasoning for exactly why she was being banned. I told her that I would get further information and reach out...

Sunday 07.07 Ashley/Dana

Manager Communication: Pretty smooth start today. Numbers weren't as high as yesterday, so the proactive glassware hunting kept us above water. Maya & Tevon hustled through pushes in Trees. Theaters 3/5/7 were filling up quick, and Miguel held his own. He was in constant communication in terms of glassware, helping us stay ahead of the problem. Once Kelsey got in, Tevon got us as batched up as possible. AB Kelsey & Maya helped reorganize the back bar liquors so that they mirror the menu order. AB Customer Comments: While covering lobby bar for Darius, Raekwon brought 2 guest from the 8:15 Quiet Place: Day One in Th2 that wanted to leave early due to a lot of talking in the theater and someone constantly using their light for whatever reason. We sent Nic up to monitor the theater and gave the guest a e-credit for their tickets as they just wanted to come back to see it at some point.  BAR Staff Observations: Finding a lot of pint glasses with chips and cracks. This is prob...

Saturday 07.06 Dana

Manager Communication: Pint glasses were low for majority of day. The openers informed that we seemed extremely low from the very start of the day. I ordered a couple cases of pints glasses that should arrive early in the week. In the meantime we were hand washing all pint glasses at both bars to make sure we never ran completely out. Ian took responsibility for this at Trees and Jeshua was able to keep on top of things at lobby bar.  Customer Comments: Had a large drinking crowd in Trees for most of the day. People definitely took advantage of our Happy Hour and AC today.  BAR Staff Observations: The bar staff as a whole did an amazing job being flexible for a busy Saturday and holding  FOH Staff Observations: Erika and Sabrina are absolute queens of supporting. They were a great help today.  Sick Leave/ Call outs: Jenn felt ill this morning on her way in and could not open today. Her shift was flagged as sick on 7shifts.  86ed / counts on items: Evil Twin...

Friday 07.05 Jenn/Ariel

Manager Communication:  Opened up very busy, and ticket sales steadily climbed throughout the day. JH Customer Comments: There is a woman that comes into Tree's often. She was the one that was here for fight in the Mezzanine. I know she has been here multiple times after the incident but Natasha asked me if we are serving her and then stated that she would not serve her and that she feels uncomfortable serving her. Both Ian and Matthew felt uncomfortable serving her too. I spoke to her and informed her that she is currently banned and that we do not feel comfortable serving her. I do not know all of the details of the mezz fight incident so I did not speak on it. I know that the whole bar team has had issues with her in the past whether it be being intoxicated or not tipping ever but the fact that anyone on our bar staff feels uncomfortable serving her is reason enough for ME to 86 her. I got her email safamuhammad714@gmail.com and told her we will reach out in case there is a misu...

Thursday Happy 4th of July! Dana/Jenn

Manager Communication: The kids were out with vengeance today as soon as we raised the gate. Entire opening team did great dealing with sold out theaters and setting the rest of the team of up for success for the remainder of the day. Ian and Kelsey communicated juicing and cutting fruit between both bars and Kelsey was able to handle it off before leaving at 1:30. -DL  Theaters definitely mellowed out after the dinner round, but there were still plenty of well-sold theaters up until the last few showings. Had an early night, with lobby getting routed at 9:30pm, and most guests clearing out of Trees by 10:30pm. JH Customer Comments: Had a guest close-out their tab in lobby bar for Kinds of Kindness due to him finding the artistic view of the movie disgusting. He wasn't upset just completely not a fan of the movie so he didn't ask for anything free but I comp'd his soda as he a frequent patron. -DL BAR Staff Observations:  Ian was able to get out of here shortly after all ...

Wednesday 07/03 Jenn/Dana

Manager Communication: It definitely felt like the day before a holiday. It was a busy, rough night throughout the whole building but the staff remained in good spirit with all things considered. I gave the bar staff tokens for being so flexible. -DL Customer Comments: Around 6pm a guest from the 5:30 Kinds of Kindness in Th4 informed me in Trees that another guest appeared to be passing out. After going to the guest at seat 407, his partner informed me he had a blood phobia that the movie triggered but that he was okay. I didn’t feel comfortable leaving him at the seat so I took him outside to have a seat next to the gender neutral bathroom and recollect himself. After about 10 mins they felt it was best to call it a night which I agreed. They closed out at lobby bar with no issue. Just another person triggered by actions of the movie. -DL Special Events? Film feast was great tonight. Service looked incredibly smooth and every round looked well received. -DL  86ed / counts on i...

Tuesday 07.02 Dana/Jenn/Ashley

Manager Communication: What a wild ride! Theaters were bumpin', and Trivia was the busiest we've seen in a while. Ian batched us up on some necessities including Bloody Mary concentrate, so we can focus these next few days on FilmFeast & Fourth of July week. AB Just in case filters aren't delivered in a timely manner, I think it makes more sense to rock Lobby with 2 Liters of Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, Ginger-Ale, and Club Soda. It is a gamble trying to anticipate soda volume. Between the running around, a lot of product still got wasted. AB BAR Staff Observations:   There are no words, so impressed by this team. AB FOH Staff Observations: Justine was very helpful tonight! Proud of their personal growth and work ethic. AB Special Events? Maya pre-authorized tabs tonight for Trivia and it went very well! While resistant at first, I think she agrees it expedited and streamlined the process at the end. Just a note for further trivia nights I'm not working: a bar manager ...

Monday 7.01 Ariel

Manager Communication:  The soda in lobby was not looking good and I did not feel confident in selling any to guests so I decided to fill up Quart store-n-pours (Since downstairs was not looking very busy for the night) of each soda from the gun up in trees. I brought them down in a bus bin and with ice and had a piece of tape on the bus bin which I labeled with the time for when I had poured the soda upstairs. The average time before the soda going flat was about an hour so I had MOD's paying attention to the labeled time on the bus bin. - AB2 BAR Staff Observations:  Everyone was great especially considering the soda gun inconvenience. - AB2 FOH Staff Observations:  Mischa and Dee are always helpful and have a good vibe. - AB2 Prep List:  Tevon prepped us up nice with Lemonade, Fire Walk, N/A Spritz, Peach Tea Concentrate, and Wet Hot American Summer. - AB2 An N/A Spritz keg needs to be put on a charge tomorrow. I have it labeled with a long piece of tape saying "N...
