Manager Communication:
What a wild ride! Theaters were bumpin', and Trivia was the busiest we've seen in a while. Ian batched us up on some necessities including Bloody Mary concentrate, so we can focus these next few days on FilmFeast & Fourth of July week. AB

Just in case filters aren't delivered in a timely manner, I think it makes more sense to rock Lobby with 2 Liters of Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, Ginger-Ale, and Club Soda. It is a gamble trying to anticipate soda volume. Between the running around, a lot of product still got wasted. AB

BAR Staff Observations:  
There are no words, so impressed by this team. AB

FOH Staff Observations:
Justine was very helpful tonight! Proud of their personal growth and work ethic. AB

Special Events?
Maya pre-authorized tabs tonight for Trivia and it went very well! While resistant at first, I think she agrees it expedited and streamlined the process at the end. Just a note for further trivia nights I'm not working: a bar manager running the first round of drink trays is imperative since the greet/pre-auth window takes a bit of time. On the subject of busy Trivia night, there were teams sitting on the stairwell. I really am not a fan of this for safety reasons. They also left pints on the stair steps. We haven't run into this problem in a while. We have been flexible in the past but I am all for telling these guests if there is no where to sit we are simply at capacity. AB

Prep List:
Two Strawberry Mint Spritzer kegs! Very solid on other product. AB

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping:
Southern, Winebow, Empire, Serene and Skurnik will arrive tomorrow. Empire is set to arrive tomorrow but may get pushed to Friday due to the holiday. -DL

Baldor & US Foods getting delivered tomorrow. JH

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
