Manager Communication: 
First round in Th1 jumped with walk-in sales during the first round, which hit Trees just as the PSP events began.  Ian handled both without issue, and Matthew slid into Trees just about fifteen minutes later.  Really good ticket sales for dinner round well before doors opened, with Long Legs proving very popular and MaXXXine hitting a steep drop off in sales. JH

Matthew emptied the Firewalk on the far side of Trees (closer to restrooms). He said it chills even when on "cold" so he put water instead. AB2

You should start the morning tomorrow by batching Mr. Downstairs. This thing was FLYING off the shelves. I had Ian do a batch and we went through a bunch of that batch. AB2

The Summer Ale (BIG BOATTTT!!) price on the board was still at $7. I updated it back to $10 to reflect the menu and POS. AB2

Customer Comments:
One guest in Tree's had waited for about an hour (according to them) for some Pretzel Dawgs. I rushed an order of the dawgs and brought it to her and her party. They were very kind and understanding. I gave her some passes. AB2 

BAR Staff Observations:
Everyone was great. From Tevon and Bryan, to Gabrielle, Ian, Matthew, and Natasha. Everyone held it down and had a positive attitude through the busy rounds. AB2

FOH Staff Observations:
Erika, Shae, Jovani, Jose, Kate, are all gangsta and were doin their thing. Love workin with them! AB2

Hiring/Training: 
Bryan came in for his second day of training, and opened Lobby Bar with Tevon.  He was able to go over Filmbot procedures and new drink special set ups, and got a lot of practice directing guests entering the building. JH

Gus came in today for his second round cocktail tasting interview for the Bar Manager position, and was able to meet with myself, Paul, Jess, and Matthew.  Will update accordingly as we move forward. JH

Myself and Dana got to meet with three candidates for the Assistant Bar Manager position, two of which we are looking to invite back for a second round cocktail tasting interview.  Will update as we get responses back. JH

Tevon had good things to say about Bryan. He filled out the binder. Bryan has been taking initiative and has an all around good vibe. I am a fan. AB2

Special Events?
We had them new parents thang in Trees and also a Softball team came through. They kept a nice busy vibe! Was poppin' in Tree's all night! AB2

Prep List:
Ian had us batched up with a Negroni keg, Simple Syrup, Arbol Tequila, Mr. Downstairs, The Puritan, and Mr. Fusion. AB2

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: 
Baldor arriving tomorrow. JH

Maintenance: 
Someone from Draft Choice was able to come out and check on the leaking St. Agrestis tap at Trees Lounge.  They were able to replace the entire tap, which seems to have corrected the issue.  They did remark that they have seen similar problems with carbonated plastic kegs, and suggested we keep an eye on it. JH

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. JH BAR Staff Observations:  Busy from the moment doors opened, with both bars navigating sold out theaters throughout the day.  Patrick was a big help with second round rushes and getting the first push of special event drinks out at Trees. JH Patrick and Darius had a good rapport in lobby tonight, which was really great to see. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
