Manager Communication:
Good start to the day overall for both bars. Bryan had a lot of walkins as doors open so I supported him until that line died down a bit and Lydia was more than able to handle Trees solo for the moment. During the second round drinks were rolling in while a crowd came to Trees but at that time we had Ian in the Lobby and Bryan upstairs to push through the beginning of the rush. - DL

Brought out the Ca' Bolani to each bar and put the other prosecco in the walk in. - AB2

BAR Staff Observations:
Bryan kept it gangsta and was solo in lobby while Ian was batching. I got little to no calls at all. He felt like someone that has been working here a while. - AB2

Lydia and Natasha were rockin' things in Trees. We had a couple busy rounds and pushes both from theaters and also just guests hanging out at the bar. - AB2

FOH Staff Observations:
Gonna keep this easy. Homie Abe is not it. I have heard from multiple servers that they are not fans. Homie trembles when he takes a tray with 4 drinks on it. He barely is any help to the other servers; meaning if he is supporting a theater... they pretty much have no support. He asked for help with a tray in the station even though it had only 4 drinks but when dropping off 2 full trays in stations he feels like they are all good and don't need his help. I do not know how he got this far but I do not think he is a fit. - AB2

Hiring/Training:
Reach out to Nicole with her next schedule for training. Currently waiting on a reply. -DL

Special Events?
Volo came through to our surprise. They were cool and chill and we just rocked the HH/regular menu. - AB2

Prep List:
Ian batched us up real nice today. We got Mr. Fusion, Bloody Mix, Bloody Concentrate, Peach Tea Concentrate, and Honey Syrup. - AB2

Keep an eye on the cocktail kegs tomorrow. Everything is real low and will need batching at some point. - AB2

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping:
Skurnik, Union, Southern, Empire and Manhattan will arrive tomorrow. -DL

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. JH BAR Staff Observations:  Busy from the moment doors opened, with both bars navigating sold out theaters throughout the day.  Patrick was a big help with second round rushes and getting the first push of special event drinks out at Trees. JH Patrick and Darius had a good rapport in lobby tonight, which was really great to see. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
