Manager Communication:
Pretty mellow first round, and the dinner round got both of the big theaters over one hundred tickets, which kept Trees bumping until the start of the last round. Twisters in Th3 for the last round led the way in sales, and doesn't show any sign of slowing down at the moment, which will be nice for the weekdays.

Had a disruptive guest in lobby around 5:15pm. He ordered a drink from Miguel, offered our Code of Conduct as payment, and then got increasingly agitated when Nick told him he had to leave. He yelled and stomped around for a bit, stood in the doorway for a bit, and then went back and forth from across the street to the front of the building, and wrote some stuff in sharpie on our windows ('Fuck You,' 'Racist,' etc., Nathaniel took photos). He kept walking back and forth across the street and trying to get in the building, so we ultimately had to lock the doors to keep him out while we waited for the cops.
I called 911 before he left the building initially, and had to call them back because it took them over ten minutes to respond, and he was showing no signs of leaving. When the cops finally arrived, he darted downstairs to the subway station and I approached the officers to lead them over. They were less than helpful, seemed to have no idea why they had been called, and were generally unhelpful. Ultimately Nathaniel had to cut off the guy from exiting the subway through the stairs by Chipotle, while I had to explan and re-explain what happened to get the cops to even go into the station with me. Markenson came with me and he id'd the guy to the cops while he was trying to go up the stairs.
Two more cops arrived, they spoke to the guy for about ten minutes, and did absolutely nothing else. He walked into the park and they all got into their cars without speaking to any of us. Since I had already gotten into it with them when they arrived, Nick kindly went up to them and said that we wanted to file a police report. The cops stressed that they could not do anything because the man was known to them as being an emotionally disturbed person, and they repeatedly advised us not to escalate the situation if he returned.
Even though we explained several times that no one had done anything beyond ask him to leave, the cops were adamant nothing could be done and that next time we see him that we are to call them and not engage. Which, admittedly, is hard to do when he is in our lobby yelling and slamming his hand on the bar.
Nathaniel gave his id and information so that we could file a police report about the vandalism, and we were told we could call any precinct and get the report number in about 3-5 business days. When we finally get that report number, we can give that information to the 911 dispatcher if we need to call so that hopefully the next round of cops will know the history and be a little less gormless.
Just writing this here so I don't forget tomorrow: Gil, could you potentially pull up camera footage so that we can print a picture for Dwight and lobby bartenders?
Prep List:
Had Tevon batch two N/A Spritzer kegs just to get us ahead of stock for the rest of the week. Could probably get around to Neon Demon, Grapes of Wrath, and Mr. Fusion tomorrow. JH
