Manager Communication:
The self service water station in Tree's just stayed flowing. I tried to tighten the screws... Nothing. I tried to loosen to see if I can adjust and maneuver to turn it off but... Nothing. I turned off the water so now nothing can come out of it. It is the water lever under the Tree's cocktails well. It is the water lever that is to the right and a lil higher up out of the two. - AB2

The dripper bottle for the cherry bitters broke in the middle of service. I got a new dripper bottle and split the bitters from lobby. I was unable to find any cherry bitters. We have plenty of the red dye. - AB2

BAR Staff Observations:
Jeshua thugged it out solo in lobby all night, Tevon got us batched up, Lydia moved up to Tree's while Tevon was batching, and Darius stayed in Tree's all night and we had no issues. solid chill night. - AB2

FOH Staff Observations:
Big fan of Mischa. He's just always killin' it. - AB2

Special Events?
Volo ended up not coming through tonight. I put all the menu's and drinks back to their respective locations.  - AB2

86ed / counts on items:
Prosecco, Mimosa, and the Ruby NA Wine. - AB2

Prep List: 
I was able to make Cotton Candy Grape Syrup, PST Concentrate, and Watermelon Hot Honey Syrup before we opened, so we are back up on most of our syrups.  We should definitely make some more Simple Syrup and Strawberry Mint Syrup when sugar and mint arrive. JH

We were able to batch an N/A Spritzer, 2 Lemonade's, a Puritan, Demerara Syrup, and an Old Fashioned Keg. - AB2

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping:
Baldor & Big Geyser arriving tomorrow. JH   

Maintenance: 
Thank you to Sunday's team for doing an excellent job emptying both machines out last night.  Dio was here by 9:30 this morning, cleaned both machines, and was done by noon so we had ice enough to set up both bars for the first round.  We spoke about the overheating issue we had been experiencing with the machine at Trees, and he told me that he would need to return with a special brush to clean the vent filters inside the machine.  He will be in touch, and should be able to come back sometime next week. JH

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. JH BAR Staff Observations:  Busy from the moment doors opened, with both bars navigating sold out theaters throughout the day.  Patrick was a big help with second round rushes and getting the first push of special event drinks out at Trees. JH Patrick and Darius had a good rapport in lobby tonight, which was really great to see. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
