Manager Communication:
The kids were out with vengeance today as soon as we raised the gate. Entire opening team did great dealing with sold out theaters and setting the rest of the team of up for success for the remainder of the day. Ian and Kelsey communicated juicing and cutting fruit between both bars and Kelsey was able to handle it off before leaving at 1:30. -DL 

Theaters definitely mellowed out after the dinner round, but there were still plenty of well-sold theaters up until the last few showings. Had an early night, with lobby getting routed at 9:30pm, and most guests clearing out of Trees by 10:30pm. JH

Customer Comments:
Had a guest close-out their tab in lobby bar for Kinds of Kindness due to him finding the artistic view of the movie disgusting. He wasn't upset just completely not a fan of the movie so he didn't ask for anything free but I comp'd his soda as he a frequent patron. -DL

BAR Staff Observations: 
Ian was able to get out of here shortly after all closers were in, and Natasha and Matthew held down Trees for the rest of the evening.   Darius got us batched up, helped Jeshua through a restock, and got out of here a little before eight with Jeshua closing down Lobby without issue. JH

FOH Staff Observations:
Morgan and Rebecca were great during the early rounds. -DL

Special Events? 
The holiday, coupled with the movies we are currently showing, definitely served to front load the day with ticket sales.  As I mentioned above, it definitely slowed down once the sun set, so the early rounds today made a lot of sense.  JH

86ed / counts on items:
Interboro and Al's NA lager are 86'd until tomorrow delivery. -DL

Prep List: 
Need to make two kegs of N/A Spritzer and a keg each of Old Fashioned and Fleur tomorrow.  We should also batch some more PST concentrate before the weekend, as well as make some more Cotton Candy Grape Syrup.

We were unable to batch any N/A kegs today because there was not enough Strawberry Mint Syrup.  I made a double batch and will have that cool overnight and come in early to batch and charge those kegs before doors. JH

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping:
Serene and Manhattan will arrive tomorrow morning. -DL

Maintenance:
Still waiting on the filters for lobby. -DL

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
