Manager Communication:
Tonight was wild. The pacing became very difficult at the end of the night. 4&6 were very sold last round with TH1 pushing nonstop at the same time, all while doing our best to cut the openers. Hopefully this works out a little more smoothly tomorrow with the extra rounds. AB 

Haven't been scheduled my Exit Interview but I have a lot to say if anyone wants to listen. Anyway it has been the upmost pleasure serving Nitehawk in all the miscellaneous capacities. I've learned a lot and I hope I've instilled a lot as well. Choose the higher road, cherish and appreciate the staff, and the soul of Nitehawk Prospect Park will surely return. BAR Staff Observations:
So absolutely proud of the whole team tonight. Bryan has really gotten comfortable and confident here. Gabrielle and Maya took turns holding down the pass. Tevon showed Nicole all things Lobby/Filmbot at the start of the day, and showed her the ropes on prep before leaving. Darius knew how insane it was upstairs and took it upon himself to solve all his problems solo in Lobby. Going to miss these folks so much. Love them. Cherish them. Appreciate them. End scene. AB

Staff Meeting Agenda notes:
The outside food & liquor is getting out of control. Just making note, we might need to be even more clear with a very obvious policy. It offends staff when they're already working so hard. AB

Maintenance: 
Just waiting for the new faucet to arrive for the water spigot at Trees.  Should arrive after the weekend. JH

The POS at the far end of Trees is now no longer printing anything.  I do not know where we left it on Wednesday, but would be great if we could get that back in working order. JH

The gift card reader at the POS in Lobby Bar does not work, meaning bartenders have to manually enter all gift cards.  This caused a bit of a bottleneck right when we opened doors, as a guest came in to purchase ten separate gift cards.  I'm unsure if we need to order a new piece or if there is any troubleshooting we can do with the reader.  The one at Trees appears to be working normally, but obviously gets less use than the one in Lobby. JH

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
