Manager Communication:
Pint glasses were low for majority of day. The openers informed that we seemed extremely low from the very start of the day. I ordered a couple cases of pints glasses that should arrive early in the week. In the meantime we were hand washing all pint glasses at both bars to make sure we never ran completely out. Ian took responsibility for this at Trees and Jeshua was able to keep on top of things at lobby bar. 

Customer Comments:
Had a large drinking crowd in Trees for most of the day. People definitely took advantage of our Happy Hour and AC today. 

BAR Staff Observations:
The bar staff as a whole did an amazing job being flexible for a busy Saturday and holding 

FOH Staff Observations:
Erika and Sabrina are absolute queens of supporting. They were a great help today. 

Sick Leave/ Call outs:
Jenn felt ill this morning on her way in and could not open today. Her shift was flagged as sick on 7shifts. 

86ed / counts on items:
Evil Twin is on a count. 

Prep List:
Matthew was able to knock out a large batch list soon as Ian came in. We should up the amount of lemonade and PST we batch with the way these drinks have been pushing out. -DL

Maintenance:
I checked the soda gun in lobby and after running club soda through the line for awhile the carbonation was up and back to normal. -DL

The lowboy in Trees is giving issues again. It was leaking water when the openers came in but the inside was completely dry at the bottom. Looks like the it may be an issue with drain tube again. After I lowered the temp it stopped leaking but we should recheck it in the morning and contact Dio if it happens again.

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
