Sunday 07.28 Dana/Ariel

Manager Communication:
Busy first rounds with Deadpool in the big theaters. Lobby had a lot of action with the kid movies which made pint glasses run low along with the close flips. Had a good amount of people ordering drinks from Lobby bar which did cause a quick bottleneck but Maya was able to handle it well until we got her support. -DL

We brought out the 1 rack of pint glasses that was hanging in the liquor room near the FF racks. - AB2

BAR Staff Observations:
Natasha and Tevon crushed service from some busy theaters on the early side of the day. Never slowed down even when a crowd joined them at the bar. Kelsey was able to hop in and give support without missing a beat. -DL

Kelsey crushed it in the pass during the TH1 and TH2 soldout rounds. Darius was great and I did not have to worry about anything in Lobby because he crushed it solo. Tevon was good on having hands, batching, finding glassware, and helping out wherever he could. Jeshua kept it gangsta in Trees and had a smooth closing. - AB2

FOH Staff Observations:

Sarah was crushing it bringing glass racks down! Brendan, Vinny, Shae, Rebecca, Erika, Michael, Madison, Tiffany, Grace, the whole crew was awesome and running trays like cray cray and worked with team work. Love to see it. - AB2

Abe ran support during some busy rounds and heard from Michael that he saw 2 full trays in the server station and just left them and said that they were fine and did not need him anymore. I have also heard from some servers that they are not necessarily fans of working with him. I would like to dive more into this on their end but that's about all I have for now. - AB2

Maintenance:
The same leak at the soda gun in lobby has returned. I contacted Coke to come back out to fix it again since they were just here on Thursday. For the time being disconnect the Diet Coke at the end of the night to avoid product from being waster overnight. -DL

I disconnected the Diet Coke from the syrup, gave the part that was dripping a wipe, and ran the gun till it was just soda coming out. Take a look tomorrow and blog if there was any leak at all. Upon my exit I wiped cleaned the ice well and there was no trace of syrup anywhere. - AB2

The light in the ladies restroom of Trees was not working. Vlad clicked the light a decent amount of times and nothing. I went to put an "out of order" sign on the door a bit later and when I walked in the light started working. Not sure if someone played with it and the sensor turned off and after Vlad played with it it rebooted the sensor. Not sure but it seems to be fine now that I feel it may not be necessary to have other Vlad take a look. I will see on my way out and update the blog. - AB2
