Manager Communication: 
Very mellow first round, which was welcomed by opening staff after a very hot and busy holiday weekend.  NoBudge dominated the second round, and brought a crowd to Trees both before and after the screening. JH

The night rounds all went real smooth. Everyone was cool and worked well together. NoBudge had the busiest round which brought a fun Trees crowd before and after the showing. AB2

I will be taking the opened bottle of Pernod, and some Cherry Herring for Williamsburg. AB2

Customer Comments:
An email was left by home girl I banned on Friday 7/05 to the NPP info mail. I read it over and feel what she was saying but there was no discrimination there. The bar team was Ian, Matthew, and Natasha and she also spoke with me so that's probably why she's saying these things... Since I am the bar manager that is here the least, I did not have a direct reasoning for exactly why she was being banned. I told her that I would get further information and reach out but that we would not be serving her that day. She then asked "Am I banned?" and I responded "as of this moment yes." Nothing was said loudly to her about banning. I had her aside (between the water station and the stairs) and we had a very level headed conversation. her and her man left peacefully and on good terms in that moment. Every bartender I have spoken to does not like her... They say she always brings some drama and bad vibes to the bar, she gets too drunk at times, and on top of all that never tips. No one on the bar team likes having her here or serving her. That is all the reason I feel I need to ban someone. Please let me know what y'all think and if you want to hear anymore on my end on this matter. AB2

BAR Staff Observations:
Everyone was great today. Lydia, Jenna, Darius, and Tevon. Darius and Tevon handled a solid Trees rush for no budge. After the screening there was a solid fun crowd in trees. AB2

Hiring/Training: 
Dana reached out to three of the people we interviewed on Friday and told them that we will reach out to them tomorrow with second round interview dates.  All three responded positively, and are just waiting for us to get back to them.  Will discuss at the meeting tomorrow. JH

Nicole will be coming in tomorrow at 2pm to speak with Matthew, Jess, & Gil. JH

86ed / counts on items: 
86 Evil Twin & Sparkling water. We are very low on N/A Spritz. I put it on a 2 count before leaving. The keg is very low. I think we will have enough for more than 2 but want to be on the safe side. Please take a look when opening. AB2

Prep List:
Tevon batched a Neon Demon and half (3 bottles) an Arbol Tequila. AB2

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: 
Baldor and Stumptown order arriving tomorrow. JH

US Foods arriving on Wednesday.  I placed the order today to get ahead of some items that we are currently low on. JH

Maintenance: 
The lowboy at Trees was not leaking this morning.  The temperature change seems to have been the fix.  I will add a note in this week's bar email to remind bartenders to keep an eye on it, and to be mindful of not increasing the dial past 6. JH

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
