Monday 7.01 Ariel



Manager Communication: 

The soda in lobby was not looking good and I did not feel confident in selling any to guests so I decided to fill up Quart store-n-pours (Since downstairs was not looking very busy for the night) of each soda from the gun up in trees. I brought them down in a bus bin and with ice and had a piece of tape on the bus bin which I labeled with the time for when I had poured the soda upstairs. The average time before the soda going flat was about an hour so I had MOD's paying attention to the labeled time on the bus bin. - AB2

BAR Staff Observations: 

Everyone was great especially considering the soda gun inconvenience. - AB2

FOH Staff Observations: 

Mischa and Dee are always helpful and have a good vibe. - AB2

Prep List: 

Tevon prepped us up nice with Lemonade, Fire Walk, N/A Spritz, Peach Tea Concentrate, and Wet Hot American Summer. - AB2

An N/A Spritz keg needs to be put on a charge tomorrow. I have it labeled with a long piece of tape saying "NEEDS TO BE CHARGED FOR 3 HOURS." - AB2

Pay Outs:

5460 - Bar Grocery (Blood Orange Juice) $10.88. (Twisters cocktail R&D) - AB2

Lost & Found?:

Phone left in bathroom with greenish case. They emailed and Nathaniel responded. Phone is in MOD office. - AB2

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: 

Got a big order in today. Got Mint, Lemons, Limes, Still water, Sparkling water, Lemon Juice, Lime Juice, Strawberry Puree, Passion Fruit Puree, some soda syrups, sugar, and White Cranberry Juice. - AB2 

Maintenance: 

The soda guns in lobby are messed up and I believe it is the filters. I think we have been expecting someone to come in and repair it but not entirely sure. Paul emailed Jenn. - AB2

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. JH Patrick and Darius had a good rapport in lobby tonight, which was really great to see. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
