Manager Communication:
Calm day. Not much of a drinking crowd from the theaters but had a ton of people come to Trees before Shouting at the Screen

FOH Staff Observations:
The servers mentioned running low on trays due to a lot being thrown out due to being beat up or smelling terrible. I broke out a backup we had in the liquor room but should order more soon unless we have some more stashed away. 

Hiring/Training:
Bryan did his final day of training today and it was a Trees close with Ian and Natasha. I am completely ready with having gim go live.

Sick Leave/ Call outs: 
Ashley out sick. Flagged her shift. 

86ed / counts on items:
Prosecco 86'd 

Prep List:
Tomorrow should be a day to reup syrups as we knocked out a lot of batching today to prepare for the weekend.

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping:
Manhattan delivered today. They delivered it before 10 am and in the incorrect location, by the elevator outside of the manager office instead of the walkin. There was also 1 case that was damaged which they will reimburse for on the next order. 

Maintenance: 
Water Spigot still not working.

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
