Manager Communication: 
Opened up very busy, and ticket sales steadily climbed throughout the day. JH

Customer Comments:
There is a woman that comes into Tree's often. She was the one that was here for fight in the Mezzanine. I know she has been here multiple times after the incident but Natasha asked me if we are serving her and then stated that she would not serve her and that she feels uncomfortable serving her. Both Ian and Matthew felt uncomfortable serving her too. I spoke to her and informed her that she is currently banned and that we do not feel comfortable serving her. I do not know all of the details of the mezz fight incident so I did not speak on it. I know that the whole bar team has had issues with her in the past whether it be being intoxicated or not tipping ever but the fact that anyone on our bar staff feels uncomfortable serving her is reason enough for ME to 86 her. I got her email safamuhammad714@gmail.com and told her we will reach out in case there is a misunderstanding and to inform her on what we truly decide to do but I told her that she is currently banned. I left a sheet of paper with the email in the lil basket in prep where the binder lives per Jenn's request. AB2

BAR Staff Observations: 
Both Natasha and Tevon navigated a very busy first round, that kicked off the moment we opened doors, which really set us up for success as we prepared for the dinner round.  Natasha barely needed any assistance before Matthew came in, and Tevon is a professional when it comes to walkie calls. JH

Everyone was great today. Big shoutout to Gabrielle for handling the Lobby solo pretty much all night and not having any issues at all. Nothing new here... Natasha, Ian and Matthew were awesome in Tree's and Tevon did his thing between batching and lobby.

FOH Staff Observations: 
It felt like Vinny was supporting the whole building today. Homie is a straight power house and was everywhere. AB2

Prep List:
Tevon got us batched up. We batched Firewalk, 3 Lemonade's, double Peach Tea Concentrate, double Cotton Candy Grape Syrup, Neon Demon, Simple Syrup, an Old Fashioned, and a Negroni Keg.
We should probably focus on Grapes of Wrath, The Puritan & Mr. Fusion to batch tomorrow. - AB2 

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: 
All bar deliveries for the week were in and received before doors opened. JH

Maintenance: 
Filters arrived just after 7:30pm, and Vlad very helpfully brought them right up to the office.  Ariel and myself changed out the filters in the lobby, and the proper levels of carbonation appear to be slowly returning to the line.  Ariel is going to keep an eye on it tonight, and I'll check it again first thing in the morning when I open. JH

Gabrielle ended up using the containers of soda for the rest of the night. She ran soda's through the gun for a while to clean it out. By the time of me leaving, the soda gun is still not perfect but getting there. FOR TOMORROW I would check first thing in Lobby AM because it should be good. If it is not then I would have them run the gun more. AB2

Filmbot Issues: 
Credit card reader at Filmbot had issues at open, and several transactions had to be entered manually.  Once we unplugged and plugged it back in, it rebooted and seemed to be working without issue. JH

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
