Manager Communication: 
Ticket sales definitely grew for the second and third rounds in the larger theaters, but they were all wrapped up by 11, so service definitely began to wind down around then.  A lot of our single-screening showings have also ticked up in day-of sales this past week, keeping all floors and both bars fairly active throughout service. JH

BAR Staff Observations: 
Once the dinner round was settled on the first floor, Kelsey did one last restock and Gabrielle was able to get out of here.  Matthew got some batching done and stuck around until just before the Castle of Cagliostro started in Th2, and Jeshua held down Trees with minimal assistance for the rest of the night.  His precloses are really regimented and he always has himself in good shape by the time last call rolls around. JH

Hiring/Training: 
Bryan is coming in tomorrow for Day 1 Training with Ian at Trees Lounge.  His MB login is set up, so he is good to clock in when he arrives tomorrow.  All Day 1 forms are in his Employee File in the basket at Bar Prep. JH

Jenna emailed her resignation today, and Monday, July 22 will be her last day at NPP.  As she is only regularly scheduled one shift a week, and we have already gotten the ball rolling with training Bryan, I think the timing will work out fine with regards to coverage going forward. JH

Special Events?
Ashley did a great job setting us up for ST&B tomorrow, so we are all set.  What are we going to do without her? D:  JH

Pretty lowkey night for Karaoke, but it definitely picked up around 9:30/9:45 through the end of the night. JH

Staff Meeting Agenda notes: 
This might be a silly question, but does anyone know how to get the security camera feed back up on the tv in the office?  As lovely as the slideshow of photography is, I would much rather be able to see what the cameras see. JH

Prep List: 
We will definitely need to juice for both bars tomorrow early in the shift. JH

Will need to batch an Old Fashioned keg tomorrow, as it kicked near the end of service. JH

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping:
US Foods, Finback, Union, Empire, T. Edward, Skurnik, & Southern were all delivered today. It's on the invoice, one Milagro broke in transit. AB

Empire shorted us ten cases of Prosecco.  Dana spoke with our rep, and they will be sending those on to us before their annual summer shutdown. JH

Baldor arriving tomorrow. JH

Maintenance:
The St. Agrestis Spritz line in Trees, closest to the pass, is still leaking. I noticed last night/this morning it's more than usual & wasting quite a bit of product. AB

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
