Sunday 8/31/25 Lauren/Jenn

Manager Communication:   Slow sales. Glad the cuts were preemptive.  Gus dropped off an old phone so we can show the US Open today and tomorrow hopefully getting some bar customers.-LB Definitely got a little bit busier in the big theaters as we headed into the evening, and Th 4/5/6 all sold really well and kept the service passes bustling.  Had some groups hang around Trees post-movie, which kept the bartop busy, but most of them had cleared out as the last round of movies was seating. JH BAR Staff Observations:  Observed some really great training moments with Natasha and Nia. Natasha on the pass side and instructing on how to hold bottles etc. -LB  Maya stuck around until Charlie had gotten family meal and was settled behind the bar, and then he rocked it solo for the rest of the evening.  Overall, he definitely seems to be getting the hang of things, asked very few questions and was proactive about reaching out for help when he needed it.  I w...

Saturday 08.30.25 Jenn/Lauren/Gus

Manager Communication: Another beautiful day outside and a mellow morning inside NPP.  Cutting a midshift from today was definitely the right move, as staff levels were appropriately slim before we got into the busier third round. JH Projection couldn't get the US open on at Trees, something is up with the HDMI port. Lillian will troubleshoot when there isn't anyone in the building. Gus streamed the US open from his phone. I will post to Trees that we will have it on, hoping to pull some business in for non-cable subscribers.-LB Customer Comments: There was a very confused, but nice lady who tried to get the Santa Carla Coke and got a normal frozen coke. I comped her one cause she seemed genuinely confused and she told me she was from out of town. She tipped the bar team very nicely. BAR Staff Observations:  The Matthew-Natasha Dream Team opened both bars with big restocks this morning, and then held down each bar solo.  Once Greg got in, we made sure both bars were set...

Friday 08.29.25 Jenn/Gus

Manager Communication: Full Squad. Good energy. Jared started us off right. Wyatt and James took it from there. Easy living. -GS Customer Comments: Trees was popping. I had to refuse service to someone who just had a photo of her ID. She wasn't happy about it. I apologized and said we can't use just photos of ID's or Passports. -GS BAR Staff Observations: This team rules. I cut Greg. Charlie and Matthew rocked it out together- Matthew let him run service well until dinner round where he took control and taught him how it works. Gabrielle and Tevon hit downstairs. Tevon did light batching, got him out of here. -GS FOH Staff Observations: Theater 1 8:45 show got backed up on drinks seemingly without reason. I asked the servers if they needed us to pump the breaks, everyone was very chill and like "no its cool," but drinks were nearly dying. It lacked urgency. -GS Kat was very helpful today. -GS Hiring/Training: Staff Meeting Agenda notes: I used some steel wool to r...

Thursday 08.28.25 Jenn/Gus

Manager Communication: Stacked group today. Jared really led the charge. Worst thing that happened was the Trees bathroom lights. But we all made it work.  Customer Comments: Trees was pretty busy. Nothing crazy, we were very liberal with cuts. BAR Staff Observations:  Cut Natasha's closing shift due to ticket sales.  7Shifts was updated. JH It was dead so I cut Tevon form the floor, had him clock back in for a prep shift. I'm going to cut his prep shift tomorrow. It is looking like it isn't going to be crazy this weekend so we have already started  FOH Staff Observations: Caleb was really in his element tonight. Hiring/Training: Val. She did great. Wasn't a long shift. Next training I am going to personally go over the finer points of Mobile Bytes. It was very slow while she was here Special Events: Shouting at the Screen. Tame Staff Meeting Agenda notes:  Bar binders are updated with the new drink special. JH Gus and I did Patrick's Annual Review before his sh...

Wednesday 8/27/25 Lauren/Ian

Manager Communication: Black cherry puree is OOS at Baldor, so we may get low on Santa Carla depending on when it comes back in stock. -LB Elevator to Trees is working. The cause was the mop water getting into the shaft from Trees lounge rotting out the parts. The tech mentioned 4 people max, which we may want to post. But we should definitely tell the bar team that they shouldn't overload the elevator with glassware weight. -LB BAR Staff Observations: Matthew, Tevon and Gab are leads for good reason. They are fantastic trainers, and really good at welcoming the new staff into the fold without getting flustered or being brusque. It's very impressive and we're lucky to have them. - IP FOH Staff Observations: Kat is great. Crushed some very sold theaters and then closed 5 and 7 solo. Good stuff. - IP Hiring/Training: Val had her orientation. Nia is kicking it in Lobby with Tevon today. Val is with Matthew in Trees Lounge.  The two exceptional leads of Matthew and Tevon have b...

Tuesday 8/26/25 Lauren/Ian

Manager Communication:  Lots of stuff happening all over today. - LB The evening was filled with great training all around. Nia and Val got the first class education of Tevon and Darius - and from my vantage point, those professors should get tenure. Truly a thorough comprehensive days from both trainers and trainees. There was a lot of weird stuff tonight too, capped off with cleaning up a big ol' pile of yarf outside of theater 1! Tuesday!! - IP BAR Staff Observations: Darius was phenomenal as a trainer. He cares deeply about Nitehawk and that really comes through when he's showing new people the ropes. I will miss him here at NPP! - IP FOH Staff Observations: I asked Sabrina to show Nia a greet in Theater 1 for the 6:15pm showing and she came to the MOD office in tears. She was taken by surprise by this request and she had a blind customer in one of her rows so she didn't want to have her attention diverted. I told her that was okay. I took Nia to the kitchen where Sara...

Monday / 8.25.25 / Ariel & Lauren / NPP Bar

Manager Communication: Water filters in Tree's were not fresh... so I changed all of them. Now they are fresh. - AB2 Andrey came up the the MOD around 10:15pm to tell me about Mamadou's hand. I printed him an incident report that is in Jess's folder. I know he was on the phone working on coverage for him. More on this from kitchen I assume.-LB I need to make Val a new hire folder, I would love to get a walk-through of this. -LB Some questions from servers towards the end of the night regarding what to do with their dish racks etc, just wondering if there is a guide for no main elevator service for Theaters 4/6.-LB Hit Bar prep with drain cleaner and fruit fly killer. Hit Theater1/2 sinks/floor drains with drain enzymes.-LB The fly light next to the lobby ice machine is not plugged in due to the grinder and the new ice machine fan taking up that outlet. Natasha and I tried to have the grinder reach the other outlet but it was too short. Unsure if we want an extension cord fo...

Sunday 8/24/25 Lauren/Ian

Manager Communication:   I put the new hose for Trees Lounge in the dry deck by the second POS. -LB Rebecca took and dropped off the incorrect wheels for the Trees lounge lowboy at Fedex yesterday-LB Chill evening all around. Weapons continues to sell extremely well and those crowds are very thirsty. Trees Lounge was bustling up until the dinner round and then petered off considerably. Doldrums of summer indeed. - IP BAR Staff Observations :  Today was slowwww. Greg got in ahead of a slow brunch screening, restocked some stuff for Maya.  Maya got an early break in.  Cut Natasha early ahead of Charlie's arrival.  She is going to clock out and do a short bar prep.-LB Picked up in the evening, but still not crazy. Greg stuck around through the last big weapons screening, but got out of here right as the rush was dying down. Charlie and Jeshua handled Trees extremely well - and Jeshua did a really great job of guiding Charlie. I was really thrilled to see him g...

Saturday 08.23.25 Jenn/Lauren/Ian

Manager Communication: I called Coke's "emergency" line, to no avail. I submitted another online service request with my contact info. -LB Put brew/dump labels on the coffee urns as requested.-LB I got another store credit from Webstaurant for another box of glass Collins glasses that were packed poorly. -LB I put out two new mystery cocktails to unload the old Trees batches-LB Had a full compliment of staff on this evening, and everything rolled right along. Weapons and Naked Gun continue to be the most enticing offerings. - IP BAR Staff Observations: Patrick's last Saturday night at NPP for the foreseeable future! He did a lovely job as per usual - he will be missed by the weekend crew! He and Greg and Gab handled some busy theater ones and twos and despite a little slower business than recent Saturdays, still a buzzing Trees Lounge.  FOH Staff Observations: Evan rules. He's always right where you need him. - IP Hiring/Training:  Charlie came in for his final ...

Friday 8.22.25 Jenn/Gus/Ariel

Manager Communication: Wyatt and I opened the building, Jenn was doing inventory. Life was smooth. Sleepy first round. Things started getting a bit wild around dinner, but we handled our business. -GS Check Maintenance portion for details on the soda problems in lobby. As far as service goes... to fix the problem I just had Tree's pour soda in store-n-pours and put all those in a double bus bin filled with ice and rocked that out to get through the final Lobby bar rush. Everything was smooth. - AB2 Took a bag of coffee beans for NWB. - AB2 Customer Comments: Nice pop in trees, but nothing of note. -GS BAR Staff Observations: Tevon is the man. Patrick has really gotten better at opening and setting up others for success. -GS Gabrielle held it down in Lobby after I got Tevon out of here. - AB2 Natasha and Matthew killed Tree's Lounger per usual today. - AB2 FOH Staff Observations: Not sure if there was confusion or callouts with Theater 1 Weapons dinner round, but it seemed li...

Thursday 08.21.25 Jenn/Gus

Manager Communication:  First round was dominated by the oohs and aahs of the DOH inspector as Rebecca expertly walked them through the building.  All departments sprung into action and made the process as smooth as possible. JH Customer Comments: Pretty busy night in Trees. Good crowd.  BAR Staff Observations: Matthew, Patrick and Gabrielle were like Bosh, Wade and Lebron 2012. Just crushers FOH Staff Observations: Solid group tonight Hiring/Training: Offers going out tomorrow Sick Leave/ Call outs: Special Events?  We got an A on our DOH inspection :D. It has truly been such a joy to have been in the building the last three times they have come through.  I'm guess I'm just lucky like that. JH The Bodega Cats party was a little bit of a snoozer. Not many showed up. They are very nice though Staff Meeting Agenda notes: 86ed / counts on items: Al's is low (coming tomorrow Prep List: Left it for Tevon R&D comp checks: - Over/Short on Banks:- Pay Outs: $7- ...

Wednesday 8/20/25 Lauren/Jenn

Manager Communication: Juan installed the fan for the frozen machines downstairs, very cool. He thinks the other ones are not suitable, so I am swapping them for two more of the ones we used in lobby bar.LB  Actually, Webstaurant gave us store credit and we don't have to return them. I am thinking we mount one in the liquor room so it isn't so hot for batching, putting stuff away etc.  And the other can be mounted across in the hallway blowing air into the liquor room, which Matthew had mentioned. -LB Filmbot in lobby needs a longer charging cable if you want to source emails from people-LB Busy Trees Lounge this evening, with the rain definitely encouraging guests to stick around for some drinks once their screenings were done. JH BAR Staff Observations:  Tevon was a great help floating between both bars during the second round, sticking around wherever the extra pair of hands was needed in the service pass.  Matthew and Natasha rocked a very busy Trees bar and ser...

Tuesday 8/19/25 Lauren/Gus

Manager Communication: Gus, I set up a beer tasting with Ryan of Sarene next Tuesday 2:30pm.  I don't think I will get to fully organizing the empty bar storage closet today, since I am playing admin catch up. But will make it happen next trivia night.-LB Spoke with Juan about fan installation. He is going to try and get to mounting them tomorrow morning. If someone here tomorrow can communicate to him, I will be at a movie before my open. I put one fan on the ice machine at Trees and the other is in lobby bar. -LB Customer Comments: Former employee Sonny, came to Lobby bar when we were not open to try and buy tickets with passes. The box office was open, but when I asked if he still worked here he said no. I told him he shouldn't be coming in the side door with the code when you don't work here. I pointed out that he could use the codes from the passes online, since that is what he wanted to do. Just flagging since it is kind of a ridiculous thing to do.-LB BAR Staff Obs...

Monday 8.18.25 Ariel & Lauren NPP Bar

Manager Communication: I turned the lobby ice machine on when I came in. It did not have an error code. It was making ice before service. Will monitor throughout shift to see how it is doing. - AB2 Ice Machine was working fine in Lobby later on. We had the dirty water main issue today. Twas not fresh. I started the shift by only offering beers, wines, bottled juices, and bottled water and lemonade/iced tea with no ice. Once we were certain the ice was clean, we moved to cocktails to then moving into normal service. - AB2  Well fun times in constructionville with the brown water sagas.-LB Alex let me know when he was leaving that there is some brown staining in the 4/6 sink from this version of Watergate-LB I think Lauren and I could both agree that we need to order more filters for the water since the current ones we have went through a lot today. I would order asap and replace once they come in. - AB2 Updated trivia tents and printed for tomorrow.  BAR Staff Observations:...

Sunday 8/17/25 Lauren/Ian

Manager Communication: I put the two copper pitchers for Half-Trees rental water service in the closet above the events plates.-LB Being shorthanded without a second mid today was tough, but we powered through, with Lauren and Greg pulling long ones. Sunday evenings are continuing to be quite busy - even the later rounds have been pickling up with walk-in business. - IP Customer Comments:  a long time regular tasted Patrick's Spice World cocktail and they loved it.-LB (Can confirm - drink is outstanding. I was a full on hater when I first heard the idea, and then I tried the mock-up today and I am a believer.) - IP BAR Staff Observations:   Charlie is on the ball.  Gave him some time to go over menu and our bar binder. Greg and him did great together during some busy pushes, nothing really popping today yet. -LB We were down a player today and the bar team crushed it. Definitely some difficult pushes, but over all they are just heros.-LB Yep. Team was great shorthanded. ...

Saturday 08.16.25 Jenn/Lauren/Ian

Manager Communication:  Mellow morning across the building, which gave both bars plenty of time to set up for the busier later rounds.  As we enter the third, and final, weekend of  CatVideoFest , it is no longer selling out the theater, but it is still a nice bump to start service. JH Weapons continues to crush and Highest 2 Lowest has really great walk-in business. It was a busy night from the jump, but only grew - everyone was up to the task. Chelsea is doing a great job. - IP BAR Staff Observations:  Was able to get Matthew out of here just around the time Gabrielle got in, and then Greg floated down to Lobby. JH Gab, Pat and Lydia did a really great job with a super sold Saturday. Service rushes were paced out beautifully - there are still some side tasks and little things they could be a little more proactive and self sufficient about (ice, glassware, the usual suspects) - but overall the Saturday night crew is beginning to gel. Jeshua, as always, was our Lobby...

Friday 8/15/24 Jenn/Gus/Ariel

Manager Communication: Rebecca was sick so it was a thin management team at the beginning of the day, but we kept it going. Was a good time. -GS 2 bottles of the Pomelado Orange wine broke during restocking. I did "Open Wine" for the 2 bottles at cost ($10.00) and did spillage. - AB2 Customer Comments: There were some super drunk people in trees at the beginning of the day. -GS BAR Staff Observations: Really good teamwork tonight with the crew.-GS Held onto Patrick longer than I had expected. We were busy and needed him through those final rushes since TH4, TH2, and TH1 were all well sold and were back to back to back and the bar had a solid crowd. The team was awesome in Tree's tonight. We had a good pace with the Theaters and a lot of fun making drinks. Gabrielle was great in Lobby solo. She didn't have any crazy sold theaters and showtimes lined up nicely so I was able to get Tevon out around 7 after he had set her up for success. - AB2 FOH Staff Observations: B...

Thursday 08.14.25 Jenn/Gus

Manager Communication: Chelsea was here today, delightful. Deep bench tonight. Rebecca was here getting things done. Jenn, Wyatt, James, Jared. Real '09 Yankees vibes. Customer Comments: Busy night, no one really stood out. BAR Staff Observations: Matthew & Gabrielle really crushed it today. Patrick held down service and did a really good job as well. FOH Staff Observations: Servers were on it tonight. Good crew Hiring/Training: Charlie Day 3- he got the Gabrielle treatment today. She said he did a good job. She had some notes (he takes the tickets- we did that at my old place so I think its just habit)) Gabrielle trained him on the POS- I came by and had him punch in a couple different things- he nailed it. Sick Leave/ Call outs: None  Special Events: Screening of Punchline- busy 86ed / counts on items: Stout will arrive tomorrow Prep List: Updated for Tevon. Ordering/Receiving/Shipping:  Baldor & Manhattan arrived. JH Maintenance: So the lobby ice machine stopped mak...

Wednesday 8/13/25 Ian/Gus/Lauren/Jenn

Manager Communication:  Ian scrubbed the floor and walls where the cocktail kegs live and then we put them up on their new rack. Will be a lot easier to keep floor clean and spot leaks.-LB Customer Comments:  There was a check at Trees Lounge tht had to be closed out to Walkout, since the card that was preauth'd kept giving us an unknown error when we tried to close it out.  The ticket number was J112. JH BAR Staff Observations:  Busy busy day at both bars, with Trees hosting a great crowd furing the flip form second to third round, which kept us busy until almost 11.  Tevon got out of here shortly before the Realm of Satan Q&A let out, since Gabrielle and Matthew felt set to take on the incoming crowd.  I covered service bar and changed several kegs in as many minutes, and service went very well.  Jeshua held down lobby solo, and was fine with getting routed at 11:00pm so that Trees had some time to reset. JH Special Events?  realm of Satan....

Tuesday 8/12/25 Gus/Lauren/Ian

Manager Communication: Bar storage closet is nice and neat. I will finish organizing it next Tuesday when the furniture is out but it is pretty sexy. Chenelle and I got into an organizational groove.-LB Worked on some cocktails with Patrick after we were both done today. Some really cool ideas.-LB Really busy Tuesday night. Trees was packed after the Darkroom Screening, and Weapons keeps selling out. Chelsea seems great! Wyatt was doing a great job of training, and Dion and I covered the floor. Lauren was wonderful and stuck around to do R&D with Patrick, and then was super clutch in helping out with the bar crush after the screening. - IP BAR Staff Observations: Saint Tevon. Absolute rockstar of a lead. Was doing an excellent job of training Charlie tonight, and then putting the team on his back when the bar was several guests deep and service was getting crushed by a sold out theater 1. Big Ups to Charlie for absolutely meeting the moment tonight - working the POS at a very busy ...

Monday 8.11.25 / Ariel & Lauren / NPP Bar Blog

Manager Communication: I have been unable to find the hose behind either bar. If y'all know where it's at, please lemme know. I've just been taking them apart. - AB2  Gus, I want to order us a new one, I will confer with you tomorrow-LB Customer Comments: So some folks got trapped in the elevator to Trees as I was putting the Out of order sign on it.  I think painting the front to say "Trees Lounge" would help mitigate the ADA folks from getting stuck in the wrong elevator. Everyone was super lovely about it and we got them passes and drinks. Nothing like a mini-horror scene before a horror film.-LB BAR Staff Observations: Greg was a champion of service sticking out a long one with pops all over the place. Restocking without the elevator and all. Gabrielle was a calming force in the lobby. Patrick kicking ass at Trees all night both in service and front facing. -LB  FOH Staff Observations: A few times this week drinks have been sitting at Trees waiting for server...

Sunday 8/10/25 Lauren/Ian

Manager Communication: It would be great to do a survey of the walkies, as many are broken or only partially working. This necessary equipment is in dwindling supply. -LB Not the busiest Sunday but fun, giddy vibes today.-LB   Customer Comments: BAR Staff Observations: I pushed Patrick back to 2:30 since it was slow in the middle of the day.  Greg and Tevon crushed a busy first round.  M  atthew got the first cut when Patrick arrived-LB The 4/6 seatings have been operating like another big theater. Everyone working upstairs is really hustling. -LB FOH Staff Observations:  Hiring/Training: Sick Leave/ Call outs: Special Events? Catfest Staff Meeting Agenda notes: 86ed / counts on items: Prep List: 2 froco, 2 lemonade, tea. -LB Batch list is on the clipboard for Gabrielle-LB R&D comp checks:  Over/Short on Banks: Pay Outs: 6.77 5200, I mis-coded this, as bar grocery, but this was a kitchen expense.  5460 19.99 bar grocery.  Lost & F...

Saturday 08.09.25 Lauren/Jenn/Ian

Manager Communication: I put the new garbage can where the old one was and moved the older R2 D2 boy to the mezz. Gil and I spoke about this. Ian pointed out that a garbage can up there may make it easier for people to hide outside food or drinks but we can keep an eye. If this can be told to the porter team so they are aware of the new bins/placement.-LB *a thought on this, if the porters need more dollies, we have a bunch in the liquor room, if there is a more suitable location for their availability to all. They are somewhat dicey to store due to the wheels. I had a moment to talk to Vlad about this, there is a riser below the dishpit in the kitchen that has nothing under it, on purpose. But it could be the perfect place to have to rolling dollies for the porters to put glassware on. Let me know if that is something we can make a habit of.-LB There is no count on the pink slip. Can you please remember to put in the counts when the specials are batched.-LB Could someone add this to ...

Friday 08.08.25 Jenn/Ian/Ariel

Manager Communication: Steady opening on this beautiful Friday. Jenn was an inventory machine and Tevon got the walk-in stocked and rocked for the weekend. Ariel came in and got things all ready to go for the busy evening with the Engagement Party and the Skip the Line event. We were running low on Collins, Rocks, and Water cups today. We broke out some water cups. Rocks we were able to manage but keep in mind for tomorrow because we may have to bring some out. Can we order some more Collins glasses? We did not have any backups. The only Collins glasses we had were the different ones in the liquor room labeled "do not use." AB2 BAR Staff Observations: Patrick got Trees set up and rolled through an easy morning until Matt got in. Tevon batched up the world and then opened lobby and cruised til Gab came in. Family meal musical chairs was smooth and we were set for the night quickly and efficiently. - IP Matthew and Natasha were absolutely phenomenal in Trees. We bodied a busy T...

Thursday 08.07.25 Jenn/Gus

Manager Communication: Stacked crew. Wyatt, Jared and me were just out there tonight. Helping out. Customer Comments: Decent crowd tonight. BAR Staff Observations: Matthew & Natasha continually crush. Jeshua pulled a long shift today, very grateful for his efforts since Gabrielle needed reprieve. FOH Staff Observations: Bruce was in the house tonight. Kyah is super chill. Great vibe tonight Hiring/Training:  Charlie came in for Day 1 of bartender training, and opened Trees with Tevon.  He signed Day 1 paperwork, and will be getting set up on ADP. JH Sick Leave/ Call outs:  Gabrielle text me and Gus this morning to let us know that she had a family emergency and would be unable to work her opening lobby shift.  Jeshua agreed to work a long solo lobby shift today, and Gus will prioritize getting him out of here once the last movies are seated. 7Shifts has been updated. JH Weapons really crushed downstairs and we had enough of a crowd upstairs to keep things as is, ...

Wednesday 8/6/25 Ian/Lauren/Jenn

Manager Communication:  Another busy, busy Wednesday night at Trees Lounge.  The second round was relatively mellow in the larger theaters, but Th4/6 had two very sold shows seating very close in time, and servers and bartenders absolutely crushed the busier moments.  The crowd at Trees definitely dwindled around showtime for La Haine, but it was busy on both floors for most of the night. JH BAR Staff Observations:  Matthew had an idea that we should consider a cue sheet that is geared toward bar needs,  (stocking/breaks) but I think this goes more to the point that we discussed yesterday regarding keeping the flow going and guidance for bar staff on busy days. I think we should try that first since the reality of coming up with something like this would be unlikely and we are all capable of discerning those times.-LB Got Patrick out of here shortly after everyone had family meal and both bars got in a restock.  Jeshua brought down the lobby gate at 10:30pm...

Tuesday 8/5/25 Gus/Lauren/Ian

Manager Communication: Great bar meeting today with everyone on the team.  I ordered three fans from Webstaurant for the ice machine nooks and the frozen machines downstairs. Will add the mounting of them to the doc when they arrive. -LB Had an idea of rotating specials through from lobby bar to upstairs based on dates, so product doesn't sit down there longer etc.-LB Smooth night overall. I stayed out on the floor and Lauren was a big help in the back with batching and R&Ding etc. Dion and James were all over the place tonight and it was really helpful as Trivia demanded its usual amount of attention. - IP BAR Staff Observations: Lydia has really come into her own in the lobby. She does a great job owning the space and I have seen improvement with her setting up the team for success.-LB Trivia team was on point as usual. Was busy but not overwhelming. Greg cruised in the lobby. - IP Special Events? Trivia - was very smooth and well attended, but not insanity like it can be. I...

Monday / 8.4.25 / Ariel & Lauren / NPP Bar

Manager Communication: I mentioned last night but decided to cut Gabrielle from her shift today. We do not have to batch too much and figured we could go through the shift without her and that I can batch. I rehooked-up the Cold Brew keg, put the Iced Tea + Lemonade in the bubbler in the lobby, and plugged the frozen back in downstairs and re-filled everything up. Lets see what happens and I will adjust/mention everything accordingly. - AB I took the temperature on the bubblers in the lobby and they are 20 degrees hotter than what we need them to be for food safety. Gus is looped in and will give it a shot trying to fix it tomorrow.-LB  I printed the Trivia special menus for tomorrow and I also printed a bunch more guest drink tickets for trivia. We need a button for Rose of Versailles with a count of 20 on it priced at $10. A button for Charles and Charles Rose at $25. -LB The lobby bar key was at Trees, they are both in their correct locations.-LB Customer Comments: I spoke with ...

Sunday 8.3.25 / Lauren & Ariel / NPP Bar

Manager Communication: It seems the Baldor orders have not been making there way up to the bar, if opening bar manager can make sure to get all of our items. I was flagged for some passionfruit puree in the kitchen walk-in and Chef Jared said he had to protect our sugar yesterday from his team.-LB We might not need Gab to do a batching shift tomorrow, Ariel if you want to keep an eye on that and let her know if she doesn't need to come in as early or at all. -LB I told Gabrielle that we did not need her tomorrow. This is reflected on 7Shifts. - AB2 Please remember to grab carafes from the kitchen and remind lobby bartenders to grab them at opening. I pulled about a dozen from in there today.-LB Lobby bar has lost their key to the Lost and Found and projection closet.-LB I think we should unhook the cold brew at like 7pm and use store and pour. -LB The cold brew has been disconnected tonight going into tomorrow. Kayla's last night "crying emoji" (I don't know how t...

Saturday 08.02.25 Jenn/Ian/Gus

Manager Communication: Lots of manager coverage tonight.  Customer Comments: Trees was busy due to the BRIC event. Good vibes. Once the concert started it thinned out, but people were still there rocking. -GS BAR Staff Observations: Jeshua was on point. Gabrielle came to play. Matthew was a shining star amid being one person short today. -GS FOH Staff Observations: The Bruce was loose tonight. Bruce crushed it. Love that guy. -GS Hiring/Training: Sick Leave/ Call outs:  Greg let us know that he would be unable to make his mid shift today, and was prioritizing being well enough to work his opening shift tomorrow.  We had Matthew come in at 11:30am instead of 2, and just ran the day with one mid scheduled.  Since Ian was in at one, we were able to offer both bars ample coverage as needed.  7Shifts updated.  JH Special Events?  CatVideoFest has arrived.  The people who run it dropped off a few stacks of coloring pages to give out to guests.  In...

Friday 8/1/25 Jenn/Lauren/Ian

Manager Communication: New straws are in Malkovich, I showed Vlad so he knows we are switching brands and he is gonna FIFO so we use the old ones first.-LB The bar mats have shipped and are expected 8/6. The parts for the Trees lowboy have arrived and I reached out to All day to schedule them for Monday hopefully. They are in a box labeled in liquor room below the tea. -LB ** The lowboy in the lobby closest to theater 7 is leaking water inside - probably the condenser? Not sure - Gab cleaned up all the water, but give it a check tomorrow morning in case it leaked overnight. - IP The black cocktail napkins will live on the shelf outside MOD, not in Malkovich. Currently we have a  few in the liquor room, we can assess storage space after the Dumbwaiter 2 Electric Boogaloo. Especially if I take over ordering this, it would be no issue, just wanted to flag since the chefs mentioned they were in a few different areas. -LB Updated weekly cleaning list and posted an opening checklist at e...
