Manager Communication: Bar storage closet is nice and neat. I will finish organizing it next Tuesday when the furniture is out but it is pretty sexy. Chenelle and I got into an organizational groove.-LB
Worked on some cocktails with Patrick after we were both done today. Some really cool ideas.-LB

Really busy Tuesday night. Trees was packed after the Darkroom Screening, and Weapons keeps selling out. Chelsea seems great! Wyatt was doing a great job of training, and Dion and I covered the floor. Lauren was wonderful and stuck around to do R&D with Patrick, and then was super clutch in helping out with the bar crush after the screening. - IP

BAR Staff Observations:
Saint Tevon. Absolute rockstar of a lead. Was doing an excellent job of training Charlie tonight, and then putting the team on his back when the bar was several guests deep and service was getting crushed by a sold out theater 1. Big Ups to Charlie for absolutely meeting the moment tonight - working the POS at a very busy and chaotic Trees Lounge is a big ask for his second shift and he gets an A+. Not to be outdone, Greg was completely self-sufficient in the lobby, and never missed a beat. - IP

Hiring/Training:
Charlie trained the Trees close with Tevon this evening. He did a great job with a very busy Trees lounge afterparty for the Darkroom Screening. Seems to be getting the hang of the POS and is asking good questions - is also a very competent bartender - that's the hard part. He should have no trouble acclimating to the service pass on an upcoming shift. Very promising! - IP

Special Events? 
Darkroom Screening: The whole theater crowd came out afterwards and packed the bar - I jumped in and made drinks for the majority of the sold out last round of Weapons, and Lauren even jumped behind the bar to help with the crowd on her way out. Was a really awesome crowd and they're welcome back any time.

Prep List:
Will get to proper batching tomorrow after cleaning machines. - IP

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: US foods coming tomorrow. Baldor coming tomorrow. Sarene arrived.-LB

Maintenance: Whenever Juan is around to mount the fans, someone needs to direct him as to where. They are on the table outside the MOD office.-LB

Mobilebytes Issues: 
POS kept crashing at Trees lounge when trying to process credit card on the far terminal. -LB

POS at cash drawer terminal was also fussy tonight - after closing out of the apps and rebooting the card readers, everything seemed to be back on track. - IP

Manager Communication: Wyatt and I opened up the building in preparation for a very busy "Do the Right Thing" - otherwise it was a very quiet.  We don't get the FOH blog, so Ian didn't know about the grease trap back up, which caused some confusion this morning. Vlad said he would get to the drain in theaters 1/2 another day since today was a literal washout.-LB I put signs up to tell people to not put bags on the top of the ice machines, not considering the language barrier of Markenson etc.  I went through it with him after he replaced the boxes because he is so thorough, I believe he understood what I meant. -LB Timothy needs to get a run down about wearing an ear piece, he left his walkie on the water station, didn't even realize it. Manager Communication: Not much really happened tonight. Slow night in Tree's. - AB2 BAR Staff Observations: Gabrielle took the early cut since Tevon was willing to stick it out. Smooth sailing with no major kids films popping off.-LB I got Tevon out of here shortly after my arrival around 5. I then got Patrick out around 6:45. I was able to get Matthew out after the rush settled and he was out at 9:30. Jeshua closed Lobby and Fran closed in Tree's. - AB2 Special Events?  Team America World Police. Prep List: Natasha cranked out a big batch list: double Jurassic, Tang simple, infinity, lemonades, Moneypenny keg, bloody, she couldn't make bloody concentrate since kitchen didn't get garlic delivered-LB I batched a - Margarita - AB2 Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: US Foods, Baldor coming tomorrow.  Manhattan arriving tomorrow Maintenance: I put the faces back on both ice machines they both seem happy. Manager Communication: GATE UPDATE: The gate was weird coming down today. It opened yesterday without issue. But it kind of needs to be put up then down. It is a few inches from the ground, safe enough for us, but definitely something to keep an eye on. -LB Opened the building with Wyatt - No Budge was sold out but chill, same with the first couple screenings of Minecraft. Other than one absolutely dreadful guest (more on that below), everything was super smooth. - IP Ordered Green goblin since Theater 2 was having a drain back up. -LB Having Trees open to the public during this party is fine, however I think we need to avail the Trees cocktails to those customers but have to mitigate those being ordered when it is this busy. -LB I tested the Brix for To infinity. It is 15. I think the issue is the coconut milk (oil) and other ingredients have different freezing temps. I think if we push the mix every few hours it will be fine, but happy to adjust recipe if needed. -LB Ordered 2 cases ...
