Manager Communication: I put the new garbage can where the old one was and moved the older R2 D2 boy to the mezz. Gil and I spoke about this. Ian pointed out that a garbage can up there may make it easier for people to hide outside food or drinks but we can keep an eye. If this can be told to the porter team so they are aware of the new bins/placement.-LB *a thought on this, if the porters need more dollies, we have a bunch in the liquor room, if there is a more suitable location for their availability to all. They are somewhat dicey to store due to the wheels.

I had a moment to talk to Vlad about this, there is a riser below the dishpit in the kitchen that has nothing under it, on purpose. But it could be the perfect place to have to rolling dollies for the porters to put glassware on. Let me know if that is something we can make a habit of.-LB

There is no count on the pink slip. Can you please remember to put in the counts when the specials are batched.-LB

Could someone add this to the service email for the servers: it has been observed a few times on weekends that servers will take glassware off a dolly by the elevators and leave the glassware on the floor. This is a DOH violation. There are always dollies at Trees lounge to take that are empty and laying around.-LB

The Firewalk was very low in the lobby, I will remind Jeshua to make sure to top off the machines for functionality. The Firewalk was 86ed at the top of the day because they were not frozen. I reminded Wyatt about turning them on and he will try to make it into his routine.-LB

Customer Comments:

A woman came out of Superman in theater 3 because she was feeling faint - mid-sentence, she fainted and sprawled on the floor. I ran around to the other side of the bar to help - she was very shaken, but Erika and I stayed with her and got her calmed down. She called her GP (who is a close friend) and got her opinion - after chatting with her friend she became immediately much more calm and at ease. I sat with her, got her a cold compress, water and some OJ in case she needed sugar. I asked her if she wanted us to call an ambulance and she declined, and also declined to fill out an incident report. After about fifteen minutes, she had bounced back enough to call a car and head home. Everyone stayed very calm and was super helpful. Good work all around. - IP

BAR Staff Observations: Natasha got the early cut since it was snoozy in the afternoon.-LB

Really smooth transition from daytime to evening bar service.  Trees got pretty busy a couple times, especially as the later rounds began, so Matthew stayed upstairs at Trees with Gabrielle, Greg, & Lydia while Jeshua held down Lobby solo.  We were able to get Matthew down there to get in a restock and get Jeshua over some service pushes, and then Matthew was out of here, too. JH

Busy service pushes for Weapons and a decent (but smaller than I expected) crowd before and after the Raekwon concert. Gab, Lydia and Greg made a very solid team and Jeshua captained the lobby with his expected excellence. - IP

FOH Staff Observations:

Erika is great to have in a chaotic situation - very calm presence and very attentive of any given circumstance. - IP

Maintenance: One of the old TV's in Trees Lounge has gone out to pasture. -LB

The Plex server was acting a little wonky around 8:30pm.  It was reset a few times and got back to playing the good stuff, but definitely give it a check tomorrow morning when opening Trees. JH

By end of night Plex seemed to be back on track. - IP
