Manager Communication: Juan installed the fan for the frozen machines downstairs, very cool. He thinks the other ones are not suitable, so I am swapping them for two more of the ones we used in lobby bar.LB 

Actually, Webstaurant gave us store credit and we don't have to return them. I am thinking we mount one in the liquor room so it isn't so hot for batching, putting stuff away etc.  And the other can be mounted across in the hallway blowing air into the liquor room, which Matthew had mentioned. -LB
Filmbot in lobby needs a longer charging cable if you want to source emails from people-LB

Busy Trees Lounge this evening, with the rain definitely encouraging guests to stick around for some drinks once their screenings were done. JH

BAR Staff Observations: 
Tevon was a great help floating between both bars during the second round, sticking around wherever the extra pair of hands was needed in the service pass.  Matthew and Natasha rocked a very busy Trees bar and service pass, and Matthew was able to get out of here a little after ten.  Jeshua and Natasha shut down both bars without issue. JH

FOH Staff Observations: 
Anthony was very helpful guiding a very confused, and slightly inebriated, guest back to her theater (Th1) after she got very confused by our elevator. He's always fairly eager to help out guests, often asking if he can be of assistance without needing to be asked. JH

Staff Meeting Agenda notes: 
I believe this has been mentioned before, but can we make sure that FOH porters are sweeping/cleaning the hallway between the two bathrooms at Trees Lounge before they leave?  It is a heavy foot traffic area during those busier services, and toilet paper/napkins/assorted have a way of gathering there.  I hit the spot with a broom a few times, but it is a very easy spot to forget about if you're not already heading to the bathrrom. JH

It was mentioned that we may need a new cardreader for the main POS at Trees.  Luckily, we did not need to reset it during the last two rounds. JH

Manager Communication: Wyatt and I opened up the building in preparation for a very busy "Do the Right Thing" - otherwise it was a very quiet.  We don't get the FOH blog, so Ian didn't know about the grease trap back up, which caused some confusion this morning. Vlad said he would get to the drain in theaters 1/2 another day since today was a literal washout.-LB I put signs up to tell people to not put bags on the top of the ice machines, not considering the language barrier of Markenson etc.  I went through it with him after he replaced the boxes because he is so thorough, I believe he understood what I meant. -LB Timothy needs to get a run down about wearing an ear piece, he left his walkie on the water station, didn't even realize it. Manager Communication: Not much really happened tonight. Slow night in Tree's. - AB2 BAR Staff Observations: Gabrielle took the early cut since Tevon was willing to stick it out. Smooth sailing with no major kids films popping off.-LB I got Tevon out of here shortly after my arrival around 5. I then got Patrick out around 6:45. I was able to get Matthew out after the rush settled and he was out at 9:30. Jeshua closed Lobby and Fran closed in Tree's. - AB2 Special Events?  Team America World Police. Prep List: Natasha cranked out a big batch list: double Jurassic, Tang simple, infinity, lemonades, Moneypenny keg, bloody, she couldn't make bloody concentrate since kitchen didn't get garlic delivered-LB I batched a - Margarita - AB2 Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: US Foods, Baldor coming tomorrow.  Manhattan arriving tomorrow Maintenance: I put the faces back on both ice machines they both seem happy. Manager Communication: GATE UPDATE: The gate was weird coming down today. It opened yesterday without issue. But it kind of needs to be put up then down. It is a few inches from the ground, safe enough for us, but definitely something to keep an eye on. -LB Opened the building with Wyatt - No Budge was sold out but chill, same with the first couple screenings of Minecraft. Other than one absolutely dreadful guest (more on that below), everything was super smooth. - IP Ordered Green goblin since Theater 2 was having a drain back up. -LB Having Trees open to the public during this party is fine, however I think we need to avail the Trees cocktails to those customers but have to mitigate those being ordered when it is this busy. -LB I tested the Brix for To infinity. It is 15. I think the issue is the coconut milk (oil) and other ingredients have different freezing temps. I think if we push the mix every few hours it will be fine, but happy to adjust recipe if needed. -LB Ordered 2 cases ...
