Manager Communication: Lots of manager coverage tonight.
Customer Comments: Trees was busy due to the BRIC event. Good vibes. Once the concert started it thinned out, but people were still there rocking. -GS
BAR Staff Observations: Jeshua was on point. Gabrielle came to play. Matthew was a shining star amid being one person short today. -GS
FOH Staff Observations: The Bruce was loose tonight. Bruce crushed it. Love that guy. -GS

Sick Leave/ Call outs:
Greg let us know that he would be unable to make his mid shift today, and was prioritizing being well enough to work his opening shift tomorrow. We had Matthew come in at 11:30am instead of 2, and just ran the day with one mid scheduled. Since Ian was in at one, we were able to offer both bars ample coverage as needed. 7Shifts updated. JH

CatVideoFest has arrived. The people who run it dropped off a few stacks of coloring pages to give out to guests. In an effort to keep the theater from getting unruly (and the fact that we do not have crayons), I stood by the guest exit during credits and offered guests a coloring page to take home. The crowd for this event is veeeeerrrrrrryyyyy into it, so young and old alike were pleased with the offer. The stack of papers are on the upper shelf outside the MOD office, next to the door that leads to bar prep. JH
Staff Meeting Agenda notes:
Staff Meeting Agenda notes:
A 4qt of Coke Syrup was mistakenly labeled Frozen Coke. Natasha poured the entire thing into one of the tumblers that already had some Frozen Coke in it, and we realized some time later that it was not freezing. A quick pour and sip test confirmed that it was mostly Coke Syrup. We emptied the tumbler and I did some brix math in the back to figure out the new ratio, since Frozen Coke and Coke Syrup had blended together, and we are now set up with FroCo for more than a minute. We discussed some ways to prevent this from happening in the future (e.g., moving the syrup to the upper shelves with other syrups, keeping it only in a special, non-transparent, 12qt, multiple labels on the lid). 86ed / counts on items: Lauren, we are getting light on soda, I'm guessing a re-up is on its way? -GS

Ian got us up on some Tornado Wrangler and a half batch of Gunther. Rebel kicked around three, so we should definitely make and charge a new one, but that can definitely be done tomorrow if it gets too busy tonight. JH

Baldor arrived. JH
We need to schedule an empty wine keg pick up from Skurnik. They do not pick up empty kegs when dropping off new ones. JH
^They are suppose to come weekly, but that clearly is not happening lol- GS
Maintenance:
Maintenance:
Internal diaphragm on the cold brew tap in trees has a tear in it, it is leaking cold brew. We have been catching the drippy drips. Jenn sent me a video and I forwarded it to our peeps at Draft Choice. They are going to fix it on Monday. In the meantime, I'm going to unplug the keg tonight and run it through, should be fine till Monday, but we should do the same Sunday night. -GS
The Bubbler in Lobby bar wasn't cooling the lemonade or Ice Tea. Which is a total bummer. I took the side off to see what was up. The fan wasn't spinning. I messed with it a bit. It started spinning again. Not sure its cooling -GS
So the 3rd chamber in the lobby is on the fritz. Not quite sure what is going on with it, but its freezing over rapidly. I popped the top off a tad so it isn't churning all night, but we should monitor that closely, I'll be at NWB tomorrow, let me know if it is being weird.
