Manager Communication: Black cherry puree is OOS at Baldor, so we may get low on Santa Carla depending on when it comes back in stock. -LB
Elevator to Trees is working. The cause was the mop water getting into the shaft from Trees lounge rotting out the parts. The tech mentioned 4 people max, which we may want to post. But we should definitely tell the bar team that they shouldn't overload the elevator with glassware weight. -LB

BAR Staff Observations:
Matthew, Tevon and Gab are leads for good reason. They are fantastic trainers, and really good at welcoming the new staff into the fold without getting flustered or being brusque. It's very impressive and we're lucky to have them. - IP

FOH Staff Observations:
Kat is great. Crushed some very sold theaters and then closed 5 and 7 solo. Good stuff. - IP

Hiring/Training: Val had her orientation. Nia is kicking it in Lobby with Tevon today. Val is with Matthew in Trees Lounge. 
The two exceptional leads of Matthew and Tevon have been really one on one with each trainee today. Their familiarity with NPP is starting to show.-LB

Val had a great theater trail with Brea in th 5 - and later an equally excellent kitchen trail with Ben. Nia definitely got wonderful training from Tevon in lobby. Both Val and Nia have great attitudes and are going to be great additions to the team. - IP

Chelsea is AWESOME. Just such a calm, cool presence and obviously knows her stuff. Thrilled to have her! - IP

Special Events? 
Casino

Casino was very sold and had a great theater rush. Matthew and Tevon stuck around to help with the crush and then got out of here. - IP

Staff Meeting Agenda notes: I would like to add the coffee urn cleaning to the lobby opening sidework on Tuesday. I will go over it with Lydia next week.-LB

Prep List: 
couple Lemonades, Blame Giuliani (it is in Crew bottles that were leaking so I took one off the count), Palmdale, Froco. -LB

I ended up making two more lemonades before I left - but tomorrow will be keg day - Moneypenny, Rebel and OF all need backups. - IP

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: Union came.   Sarene came without telling anyone, Ryan is going to send the invoice once it is in the system, he dropped off beer samples. -LB
US foods coming Friday (coke, diet, lime juice case, saratoga) 
Baldor coming tomorrow and Saturday. 

Maintenance: The lobby ice machine is not producing ice. It says low water flow (code 3) the water was pouring through it again like it was the other night. -LB

A similar issue happened with the Trees machine, but I did a manual harvest, turned it off, let it cool down for like fifteen mins and then turned it back on. It went back to work with no issue. The Trees ice machine is operational and has plenty of ice even if the lobby machine continues to be fussy. - IP

Filmbot Issues:
The Filmbot app was being exceedingly slow tonight. Several times it had the spinning wheel of death for nearly five minutes. I closed the app and logged back on, and after another brief buffering period, it got back to work - albeit, slower than it had been. Not sure if that's just a one off, but wanted to note it in case it persists. - IP

Manager Communication: Wyatt and I opened up the building in preparation for a very busy "Do the Right Thing" - otherwise it was a very quiet.  We don't get the FOH blog, so Ian didn't know about the grease trap back up, which caused some confusion this morning. Vlad said he would get to the drain in theaters 1/2 another day since today was a literal washout.-LB I put signs up to tell people to not put bags on the top of the ice machines, not considering the language barrier of Markenson etc.  I went through it with him after he replaced the boxes because he is so thorough, I believe he understood what I meant. -LB Timothy needs to get a run down about wearing an ear piece, he left his walkie on the water station, didn't even realize it. Manager Communication: Not much really happened tonight. Slow night in Tree's. - AB2 BAR Staff Observations: Gabrielle took the early cut since Tevon was willing to stick it out. Smooth sailing with no major kids films popping off.-LB I got Tevon out of here shortly after my arrival around 5. I then got Patrick out around 6:45. I was able to get Matthew out after the rush settled and he was out at 9:30. Jeshua closed Lobby and Fran closed in Tree's. - AB2 Special Events?  Team America World Police. Prep List: Natasha cranked out a big batch list: double Jurassic, Tang simple, infinity, lemonades, Moneypenny keg, bloody, she couldn't make bloody concentrate since kitchen didn't get garlic delivered-LB I batched a - Margarita - AB2 Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: US Foods, Baldor coming tomorrow.  Manhattan arriving tomorrow Maintenance: I put the faces back on both ice machines they both seem happy. Manager Communication: GATE UPDATE: The gate was weird coming down today. It opened yesterday without issue. But it kind of needs to be put up then down. It is a few inches from the ground, safe enough for us, but definitely something to keep an eye on. -LB Opened the building with Wyatt - No Budge was sold out but chill, same with the first couple screenings of Minecraft. Other than one absolutely dreadful guest (more on that below), everything was super smooth. - IP Ordered Green goblin since Theater 2 was having a drain back up. -LB Having Trees open to the public during this party is fine, however I think we need to avail the Trees cocktails to those customers but have to mitigate those being ordered when it is this busy. -LB I tested the Brix for To infinity. It is 15. I think the issue is the coconut milk (oil) and other ingredients have different freezing temps. I think if we push the mix every few hours it will be fine, but happy to adjust recipe if needed. -LB Ordered 2 cases ...
