Manager Communication: 
Mellow morning across the building, which gave both bars plenty of time to set up for the busier later rounds.  As we enter the third, and final, weekend of CatVideoFest, it is no longer selling out the theater, but it is still a nice bump to start service. JH

Weapons continues to crush and Highest 2 Lowest has really great walk-in business. It was a busy night from the jump, but only grew - everyone was up to the task. Chelsea is doing a great job. - IP

BAR Staff Observations: 
Was able to get Matthew out of here just around the time Gabrielle got in, and then Greg floated down to Lobby. JH

Gab, Pat and Lydia did a really great job with a super sold Saturday. Service rushes were paced out beautifully - there are still some side tasks and little things they could be a little more proactive and self sufficient about (ice, glassware, the usual suspects) - but overall the Saturday night crew is beginning to gel. Jeshua, as always, was our Lobby Hero. Major kudos to him and Greg for helping to stock up Trees with cut fruit for the evening. - IP

FOH Staff Observations: 
Cate was magnificent this evening. The drink rushes were insane and she was the server I saw running the most trays. Always back and ready when needed. Great work. - IP

Staff Meeting Agenda notes: 
Definitely need to reiterate the need for full back ups of Trees cocktails in the lowboy.  I mentioned it in the last bar email, but it is definitely a blind spot for bartenders, as they're not using that part of the lowboy as often.  JH

Will need to keep eyes on the specials for tomorrow - especially Theme Music, as it is selling very well - also an OF keg. Other than Lauren having to throw together some Lemonade and me some FroCo, the walk-in stayed super stocked thanks to Jenn! Good to go for tomorrow. - IP

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: 
Baldor showed up.

Maintenance: 
 I broke out the smallest wall fan to prop behind the frozen machines in lobby so I could put the air mover facing the downstairs ice machine which has no ice.  (I taped the instructions for the fan to the wall since that is where it will be mounted) Part of me has some crazy theory that there is a leak between theater 7 and the elevator that is causing all this mayhem.  It seems like the ice machine doesn't always get enough water flow, but enough with conspiracy theories.  Hopefully it will make ice soon.
If we can have Juan mount these fans ASAP to help with ice production during this heatwave. 
I got the lobby machine dropping ice, hopefully it continues to be happy.-LB

The ceiling in Th 7 is leaking again - more detailed notes in MOD blog. Jared and Vlad handled the situation for the evening, but it will definitely need to be looked into more thoroughly. - IP

Filmbot Issues: 
Bartenders and guests appear to be adapting to the new ticket purchasing process. JH

Manager Communication: Wyatt and I opened up the building in preparation for a very busy "Do the Right Thing" - otherwise it was a very quiet.  We don't get the FOH blog, so Ian didn't know about the grease trap back up, which caused some confusion this morning. Vlad said he would get to the drain in theaters 1/2 another day since today was a literal washout.-LB I put signs up to tell people to not put bags on the top of the ice machines, not considering the language barrier of Markenson etc.  I went through it with him after he replaced the boxes because he is so thorough, I believe he understood what I meant. -LB Timothy needs to get a run down about wearing an ear piece, he left his walkie on the water station, didn't even realize it. Manager Communication: Not much really happened tonight. Slow night in Tree's. - AB2 BAR Staff Observations: Gabrielle took the early cut since Tevon was willing to stick it out. Smooth sailing with no major kids films popping off.-LB I got Tevon out of here shortly after my arrival around 5. I then got Patrick out around 6:45. I was able to get Matthew out after the rush settled and he was out at 9:30. Jeshua closed Lobby and Fran closed in Tree's. - AB2 Special Events?  Team America World Police. Prep List: Natasha cranked out a big batch list: double Jurassic, Tang simple, infinity, lemonades, Moneypenny keg, bloody, she couldn't make bloody concentrate since kitchen didn't get garlic delivered-LB I batched a - Margarita - AB2 Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: US Foods, Baldor coming tomorrow.  Manhattan arriving tomorrow Maintenance: I put the faces back on both ice machines they both seem happy. Manager Communication: GATE UPDATE: The gate was weird coming down today. It opened yesterday without issue. But it kind of needs to be put up then down. It is a few inches from the ground, safe enough for us, but definitely something to keep an eye on. -LB Opened the building with Wyatt - No Budge was sold out but chill, same with the first couple screenings of Minecraft. Other than one absolutely dreadful guest (more on that below), everything was super smooth. - IP Ordered Green goblin since Theater 2 was having a drain back up. -LB Having Trees open to the public during this party is fine, however I think we need to avail the Trees cocktails to those customers but have to mitigate those being ordered when it is this busy. -LB I tested the Brix for To infinity. It is 15. I think the issue is the coconut milk (oil) and other ingredients have different freezing temps. I think if we push the mix every few hours it will be fine, but happy to adjust recipe if needed. -LB Ordered 2 cases ...
