Manager Communication: I called Coke's "emergency" line, to no avail. I submitted another online service request with my contact info. -LB

Put brew/dump labels on the coffee urns as requested.-LB

I got another store credit from Webstaurant for another box of glass Collins glasses that were packed poorly. -LB

I put out two new mystery cocktails to unload the old Trees batches-LB

Had a full compliment of staff on this evening, and everything rolled right along. Weapons and Naked Gun continue to be the most enticing offerings. - IP

BAR Staff Observations:
Patrick's last Saturday night at NPP for the foreseeable future! He did a lovely job as per usual - he will be missed by the weekend crew! He and Greg and Gab handled some busy theater ones and twos and despite a little slower business than recent Saturdays, still a buzzing Trees Lounge. 

FOH Staff Observations:

Evan rules. He's always right where you need him. - IP

Hiring/Training: 

Charlie came in for his final day of training and opened Trees with Matthew.  It was a relatively mellow first round, so he was able to get in some batching with Matthew to get better acquainted with the process.  He was able to complete both a runner and server trail during the second round. JH

Nia's training schedule is on the board in the office and her New Hire folder is prepped and ready. JH

Graded Charlie's quiz and tutored him on wrong answers. -LB

Val got her new hire email, I put her training dates on the board. -LB

Prep List: Matthew did some batching earlier.  I had Gab batch some stuff to get us whole and I am removing the batch shift for this Monday and Ariel/myself will catch it up. Won't be worth Gabrielle making a full trip for just the batch shift.  We got a bunch of lemonades, a Negroni keg, a Margarita keg. 
Let's only batch a full batch of the Honey Don't special if it gets under a 10 count. -LB

I will start the day making sure we have good numbers in the POS for the batches-LB

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping:

Maintenance: 

The soda guns in the lobby seemed to be running fine this morning.  I stopped by a few times during the first two rounds to make sure they were still pouring the bubbliest bubbles they could, and it was consistently service quality.  Did not cancel the Coke help request ticket, as I think our tower could always use a once over from the soda professionals. JH

Update: Around 2:30pm, Lydia let us know that the carbonator made a worrying sound, so myself and Lauren checked it out.  It was cool to the touch and was quiet by the time we got there, and sodas were still pouring service quality, so we continued on.  Lauren called Coke to follow up on our ticket request. JH I missed a call from Coke when I was covering lobby bar, unfortunately it is impossible to get someone when you call them back.-LB

No issues throughout the night - had to change Coke and Ginger ale at different points, and stopped to check the machinery - everything sounded fine and was cool to touch. No notes thus far! - IP
