Manager Communication: New straws are in Malkovich, I showed Vlad so he knows we are switching brands and he is gonna FIFO so we use the old ones first.-LB

The bar mats have shipped and are expected 8/6. The parts for the Trees lowboy have arrived and I reached out to All day to schedule them for Monday hopefully. They are in a box labeled in liquor room below the tea. -LB

** The lowboy in the lobby closest to theater 7 is leaking water inside - probably the condenser? Not sure - Gab cleaned up all the water, but give it a check tomorrow morning in case it leaked overnight. - IP

The black cocktail napkins will live on the shelf outside MOD, not in Malkovich. Currently we have a  few in the liquor room, we can assess storage space after the Dumbwaiter 2 Electric Boogaloo. Especially if I take over ordering this, it would be no issue, just wanted to flag since the chefs mentioned they were in a few different areas. -LB

Updated weekly cleaning list and posted an opening checklist at each bar.-LB

Electrical connectors came they are in MOD, assuming for Juan.-LB

I had to really ride Vlad today for some routine stuff, I would love to troubleshoot a weekly task list Rebecca, or an hourly bathroom check-in protocol-LB

Once Juan mounts menu baskets, we should print more update menus-LB

Customer Comments: A gaggle of Park slope parents got annoyed that they had to have an adult with their 4 boys under 10 for Bad Guys 2, as I told them it was our policy they bragged having done it multiple times. They then had their hyper kids running around the mezz after which I managed to wrangle. They were pretty indignant about having to supervise their own kids rather than drinking all movie at Trees lounge, like they had done in the past.-LB

We had a few guests who brusquely ignored our staff only exit in theater 5 - perhaps if we could get a rope barrier like we have in theater 1, or some more signage right outside of that staff exit. Jay made a good point that with those stairs being a serious blindspot for anyone not aware a large tray of food could swing around the corner at any time. - IP

BAR Staff Observations: Patrick's one year anniversary. Jeshua is a machine, whether it be closing or opening he is just a solid guy.-LB Matthew and Patrick really work well together behind Trees.-LB

Matt and Nat are the dream team. Unflappable. We got Jeshua out of here around 7:30 and Gab crushed the nearly fully sold out last round solo like a champ. Very busy night, yet again handled easily by a great team. - IP

FOH Staff Observations:

Michael is so reliable. Always there right when you need him and just awesome to work with (even if he is a Mets fan). - IP

Separated and organized our open bottle shelves in the liquor room, and put up some temporary signage to see if that will help keep a better track of inventory v. non-inventory bottles.  The shelves as they are now are:

Going to need make more Tornado wrangler at some point tomorrow, and keep eyes on the specials - but otherwise, we should be plenty ready until we're at full strength and can sacrifice hands to batch whatever we may need when it arises. - IP

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: grabbed Baldor from yesterday, sometimes stuff is intermingling, but I spoke to Hector and he is on it.

Maintenance: 

I serviced the Trees dishpit with refresher and checked all components. The masking tape residue has massively been reduced which is great for the machine, thanks to all.-LB

At around 8p this evening I noticed the lobby bubbler was not spinning nor was it cooling. I took it apart, let it cool off and then replaced the flanges (they were getting mighty worn down). I put it back together and filled it with a little water to see if the coolant was back up running now that the impellers were able to spin again. If the water in the bubbler tomorrow is cold, it's good to go - if it's not, I'm not sure the fix other than running service for lemonade and iced tea out of store and pours in the lobby til we can get it properly fixed. - IP
